Abstract: A motion sensor for detection motion of humans is provided. The motion sensor contains a near infrared (NIR) low resolution image sensor that captures image frames in the near infrared spectrum and a sensor that detects the amount of visible light. In addition, a processor is connected to the visible light sensor and the NIR motion sensor. The processor is configured to receive the amount of visible light from the visible light sensor and the images from the NIR low resolution image sensor. The processor is further configured to compare the image frames to detect motion; the sensitivity of the detection of motion is determined by the amount of visible light detected by the visible light sensor. The output has two or modes based on the detection of motion by the processor.
Abstract: A network authentication system can be configured for sampling a plurality of signal samples from a device on a network, providing the plurality of signal samples to a first machine-learned model that is configured to determine a device fingerprint based at least in part on the plurality of signal samples, and providing the device fingerprint to a second machine-learned model that is configured to classify the device based at least in part on the device fingerprint.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments described herein relate to a drone having selectively actuated arms. In one embodiment, a drone includes arms connected to a body. Individual ones of the arms have a first end and a second end with the first end forming a connection with the body. Abstract: Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) comprising amines on the organic linker can be used for cell targeting. In particular, primary amine groups represent one of the most versatile chemical moieties for conjugation to biologically relevant molecules, including antibodies and enzymes. Different chemical conjugation schemes can be used to conjugate biological molecules to the amino functionality on the organic linker. For example, carbodiimide chemistry can be used to link a primary amine to available carboxyl groups on the protein. For example, sulfhydryl crosslinking chemistry can be used via Traut's reagent scheme. As a demonstration of the invention, the ability of EpCAM antibody-targeted MOFs to bind to a human epithelial cell line (A549), a common target for imaging studies, was confirmed with confocal microscopy.

(1) The main line of the culvert is fully detected through an inspection robot to obtain the image data, water quality data, coordinates and other basic data of the outlet. Abstract: Disclosed are methods and apparatus for providing pre-assembled modular structural louvered systems that include structural supports and louvers, and may also include dampers, actuators and wiring in pre-assembled modules that may be transported to a building site, tilted up into place, and installed. Embodiments of the present invention also provide methods and apparatus for providing pre-assembled modular structural louvered systems which include integrated vertical and horizontal structural supports, allowing for the elimination of some vertical and horizontal wall structures in a building by relying on the structural support provided in the modular louvered systems, thereby making more space available in the building for louvers and airflow.

Abstract: A system for controlling platooning by a following vehicle includes a main body of the following vehicle. The system further includes a pressure sensor located in or on the main body and configured to detect a pressure corresponding to a pressure wake from a leading vehicle. The system further includes an electronic control unit (ECU) located in or on the main body, coupled to the pressure sensor, and configured to determine an optimal distance from the following vehicle to the leading vehicle based on the detected pressure. The optimal distance corresponding to a distance at which drag applied to the following vehicle is reduced based on the pressure wake from the leading vehicle.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus for a monitoring system are disclosed.
