    Abstract: Systems and methods of cooperative autonomous driving which maximize objectives of a global traffic environment are provided. In particular, a cooperative controller may control multiple connected vehicles within a traffic environment. In certain embodiments, the cooperative controller may assign each connected vehicle a traffic role, based in part on their situation within the traffic environment. In some embodiments, this traffic role may also be based on a “priority level” for the connected vehicle which corresponds to a desired travel time. Once traffic roles have been assigned, the cooperative controller may control each connected vehicle according to a driving policy associated with its assigned traffic role.

The method includes the steps of mixing a vanadium oxide precursor, a tungsten oxide precursor, titanium dioxide, an inorganic adhesive, an organic adhesive and a macromolecular surfactant with deionized water and stirring them to obtain a thick liquid; adding a pH adjuster to the thick liquid to make its pH 1.5-4.5; impregnating a cordierite honeycomb carrier in the thick liquid to obtain a preliminarily-impregnated catalyst and dried and calcined the preliminarily-impregnated catalyst to obtain a finished catalyst. The method has advantages such as simple operation, easy repetition and short time-consuming, so it can be applied to exhaust gas post-treatment of a marine diesel engine, and provide a good choice for catalysts used to denitrify medium and high temperature exhausted gas from marine engines.

The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for resolving an electric power system topology using bit pattern sequence compression. A multi-node device may be electrically coupled to one node per side. Each node may be associated with a bit value. The bit values may be compared to determine if the nodes are electrically coupled. This process may be recursively performed for all of the multi-node devices, until it is determined which devices are electrically coupled and which are electrically isolated.

For example, the DCCH may be connected to multiple edge devices and controllers at the IRCPs. The edge devices and controllers may use different communication protocols. Upon receiving a signal at a IRCP, for example, the control circuit may retrieve a first predetermined set of rules to determine whether the IRCP is to be operated as a master port, a slave port, or a pass-through port. Based on a second set of rules, for example, the control circuit may determine a communication protocol of the IRCP. Various embodiments may advantageously avoid human intervention in setting up each of the multiple IRCPs of the DCCH.
