[Solution] Provided is a luminous flux control member that controls distribution of light emitted from a light source. The bottom surface positioned on the light source side of the luminous flux control member has at least an inclined section inclined upward from the central axis side toward the periphery side of the luminous flux control member. Leg parts protruding toward the light source side are arranged on the inclined section. At least a part of the back side of the side surface of each leg part relative to the central axis includes a plane or a curved surface protruding toward the central axis side or toward the periphery side and having a radius of curvature equal to or greater than a radius of curvature of a central circumscribed circle that is centered around the central axis and that is tangent to the back side of the side surface of the leg part.
