Abstract: A black dye composition comprising (a) a black reactive dye of the formula (I); ##STR1## (b) at least a black or blue reactive dye with a good fastness of oxidative bleach and wash fastness; and (c) at least a red, orange or yellow reactive azo dye. The black dye composition of present invention can be widely applied to dyeing a greater range of spinning and weaving products that contain hydroxyl group or amide group.
Abstract: The present invention relates to novel, three component, mixtures comprising red reactive dyes which in the free acid forms are represented by the formula (I), (II) and (II'),a) a red reactive dye of formula (I) ##STR1## where the variables are as described in the claims. The mixtures are suitable for dyeing and printing cellulose containing fibre materials and produce dyeings and prints which exhibit good build up and fastness properties.
Abstract: The present invention provides the blue dyestuffs of the following formula (I), ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, X, X.sub.1, X.sub.2, Y, and Z are defined in this document. These kinds of dyestuffs are suitable for dyeing and printing of materials containing either cellulose fibers, such as cotton, synthetic cotton, hemp, and synthetic hemp, or synthetic polyamide and polyurethane fibers, such as wool, silk, and nylon.

Abstract: A process for synthesizing N-[1-(S)-ethoxycarbonyl-3-phenylpropyl]-L-alanine derivatives of the following formula (I): ##STR1## in which the definition of R has the same meaning as given in the description by using a sulfite derivative to activate the C-terminus of the three dimensional structure of an amino acid of N-[1-(S)-ethoxycarbonyl-3- phenylpropyl]-L-alanine, which can effectively couple with another amino acid to form a dipeptide of formula (I). The compound of fomula (I) is an inhibitor of ACE.

Abstract: A red reactive dyestuff of the formula (I) ##STR1## wherein the substituents have the meaning given in the description. The red reactive dyestuff of the present invention is suitable for dying and printing on cellulose fiber such as cotton, artificial cotton, linen and artificial linen, etc., and polyamide and polyurethane fibers like wool, silk and nylon, etc. It is also suitable for dying and printing on mixed or cross-linking spinning of cellulose fiber or polyamide fiber and polyurethane fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber and other fiber.
