Abstract: A sports vest for fitness training provides body-centered resistance for endurance, agility, and strength training. The vest has a V-shaped front neoprene panel, and a generally identical back neoprene panel. A plurality of auxiliary pockets holds weights along the legs of the each panel. A triangular central pocket hold weights just above the rounded V point on each panel. Interior partitions within the pockets prevent the weights from shifting. Straps secure the vest to a fitness trainee. The vest shape, arrangement of weights, and weight partitions generally maintains a trainee's center of gravity and balance in executing exercise movements.

Abstract: A multi-purpose, adjustable fitness apparatus is provided for performing exercises; in particular, sliding pull-ups and push-ups. Two in-line metal bars are interposed by a T-connector. A sliding handle grip may be disposed on each bar between a pair of retaining collars. A radius elbow including a foot is attached to each bar. A first adapter for a first setting includes a crossbar and elbow tube is slidably locked to the perpendicular leg of the T-connector. The apparatus may be mounted over a doorframe; the elbow tube and T-connector provides adjustability to fit frames of various widths. A second adapter for a second setting includes a third foot fitted to the T-connector, and provides stability on a horizontal surface.

Abstract: A stability bar system is disclosed for use in exercising and muscle toning. The system provides an unstable base to engage core muscles while performing exercises. The bar has a central attachment point, and multiple off-center attachment points on which to attach resistance tubing, bands, cables, or straps. The body of the bar is made from rigid plastic or metal, and allows for diverse exercises by providing interchangeable attachments, and multiple configurations, to vary stability and resistance. The bar may also be used to perform body weight exercises. The stability bar system is designed to allow an exerciser to engage core muscles while focusing on other, primary muscles.

Abstract: An apparatus for exercising the upper body, including a frame and handles. The frame is formed with a bar and a connection assembly. Two handles slide in their respective half of the bar using rollers, or bearings. The handles may also swing, or swivel for a greater range of motion. This apparatus can be mounted over a door or on a wall for pull-ups, on a floor mount for push-ups, or on an exercise apparatus with a pulley system for shoulder presses. The exercise apparatus is designed to more effectively work out the large muscle groups of the back and arms.

Abstract: This disclosure is drawn to methods and apparatuses related to a golf game and training apparatus. Specifically, the disclosed apparatus relates to a ramped plane with a plurality of holes sized to hold golf balls. Some example apparatuses may include at least one ramped plane with a leading end in contact with a playing surface and rising at an angle to a trailing end; a plurality of holes located on the surface of the at least one ramped plane sized to allow golf balls to rest partially in each of the plurality of holes; where the plurality of holes are arranged according to a scoring system; a receptacle sized to contain a plurality of golf balls, where the receptacle is coupled to the bottom surface of the ramped plane; and at least one support extending from the at least one ramped plane and elevating the trailing end above the playing surface.

Abstract: An exercise device for performing push ups and pull ups is disclosed. The device contains first and second tubes slidably engaged with a handle, which may be covered by a grip. A spring biases to the two tubes, drawing them inwardly together with respect to the handle. A first foot tube, including a first base, engages the second end of the first tube; a first button connector arranged to selectively lock the first foot tube with respect to the second end of the first tube. A second foot tube, including a second base, engages the second end of the second tube; and a second button connector selectively locks the second foot tube with respect to the second end of the second tube. The device may be engaged with a door frame to perform pull-ups.

Abstract: The resistance band system of the disclosure includes one or more resistance bands, and a pair of handles which secure the ends of the one or more resistance bands. Each handle locks onto one of the ends of each resistance band. The handle is adapted to grip the resistance band with greater force when force is applied to the resistance band, such as when it is in use. The handle unlocks to release the ends of one or more of the resistance bands from the handles for changing of one or more of the resistance bands.

Abstract: A massage apparatus includes coaxially nested rollers, which may be frictionally engaged. Each roller includes a tubular frame, raised rolling bands, and a plurality of massaging protuberances, wherein the height of the bands is at least the height of the protuberances. The protuberances on each nested roller may be identical, but differ from the protuberances on each of the other rollers. Protuberances may be smaller on each successively nested roller. The bands and protuberances may be flexible and pliable, and made from rubber, silicone, neoprene or foam. The bands and protuberances may be formed directly in a sleeve covering the tubular frame. A removable cap may cover each end of the nested rollers.

An air-control module engaged within the axial channel of the plug selectively allows air to pass in one or both directions. The air-control module includes a one-way air valve, and a cap releasably sealable to the plug. An airway extending from the one-way valve provides fluid communication with the interior of the stability ball. An inflator adapted to engage the one-way air valve may be removably coupled to the air valve, and provide air passages to direct air from a pressurized air cartridge into the stability ball.
