Abstract: A shipping system and method for managing shipping of electronic devices with customer personal information. One or more electronic devices are scanned prior to shipping to a destination. A determination is made whether the one or more electronic devices include customer personal information in response to the scanning. An identification and metadata of the one or more electronic devices are recorded in response to determining the customer personal information is included on the one or more electronic devices. The one or more electronic devices are prevented from shipping by stopping generation of a shipping label for the one or more electronic devices.

The testing device also includes interfaces operable to communicate with the one or more electronic devices. The testing device also includes a memory configured to store a libraries providing information for removing CPI from electronic devices including a number of makes, models, and configurations.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include systems and methods to service an electronic device. In one embodiment, the method includes receiving a request to service an electronic device communicatively connected to a test station. The method also includes obtaining a device model and an image group of the electronic device and determining criteria to service the electronic device in accordance with a desired setup, where each image group is associated with one or more different device models. The method further includes transmitting a request to service the electronic device to a management system having an image of applications compatible with the image group of the electronic device. The method further includes receiving at least one of a virtual hard drive storing a copy of the image of the applications and an indication of a location of the virtual hard drive. The method further includes executing the applications to service the electronic device.

The auditing device may also include a memory operable to store a plurality of libraries providing information for detecting CPI on a number of electronic devices including a number of makes, models, and configurations. The auditing device may also include logic operable to utilize the plurality of libraries to detect CPI included on the one or more electronic devices communicating with the testing device, record an identification of an electronic device in response to detecting the CPI is present on the electronic device, and store an alert associated with the identification indicating that CPI is present on the electronic device.

Instructions associated with the one or more models are displayed for flashing the one or more wireless devices. The one or more power supplies are automatically tested utilizing test parameters. Performance characteristics of the loop one or more power supplies are measured during testing.
