Abstract: A covered roof includes a roof deck, an insulation board, and a coverboard. The insulation board includes a polyurethane, a polyisocyanurate, or a mix of polyurethane and polyisocyanurate cellular structure, has a density that is less than 2.5 pounds per cubic foot, and has a first planar surface and a second planar surface, each having a facer positioned adjacent thereto. The coverboard includes a polyurethane, a polyisocyanurate, or a mix of polyurethane and polyisocyanurate cellular structure, has a density greater than about 2.5 pounds per cubic foot and less than 6 pounds per cubic foot, an iso index of at least 175, and a first planar surface and a second planar surface, each having a facer positioned adjacent thereto.

Abstract: An apparatus for placement of seam tape to a roof or roof membrane. The apparatus comprises first and second sides spaced a distance apart, wherein each side includes a material axle opening and a pressure applicator orifice. The apparatus also comprises a removable pressure applicator having a first end and second end positioned in the pressure applicator orifices of the first and second sides. A support element may be operatively attached to the first and second sides, span the distance between the first and second sides, and positioned opposite the pressure applicator to support the apparatus. Additionally, a material axle may be positioned such that its ends are removably positioned in the material axle openings of the first and second sides. A closed front side may connect the first and second side, while an open stern may allow direct access to the pressure applicator, the support element, and the material axle.

Abstract: A wall panel system includes at least one wall panel, each edge of the panel having a flange. At least one flange, and preferably two opposing flanges, have at least one slot therein. Each slot is mated with a clip having two extensions laterally spaced from one another, one of said extensions having a latch member protruding in a direction toward the other of said extensions, such that the clip is secured to the flange by virtue of the latch member mating with the slot. The clip may then be attached to a building surface or intermediary mounting apparatus by a fastener to secure the wall panel thereto.

Abstract: A wall panel that can be secured along an associated wall structure is formed from a thin-walled material having a substantially uniform thickness. The wall panel includes first and second longitudinally-extending edges, and first, second and third wall portions. A first interengagement feature extends lengthwise along the first wall portion, and a second interengagement feature extends lengthwise along the second wall portion. The first and second interengagement features are dimensioned to cooperate with one another to operatively provide a non-visual indicator of a positive interengagement between two wall panels. A wall panel kit and a method of manufacture are also included.

Abstract: A mounting clip and wall panel assembly is dimensioned for securement along an associated wall structure. The wall panel is formed from a thin-walled material having a substantially uniform thickness. The wall panel has a longitudinally-extending length, and includes first and second longitudinally-extending edges with a mounting wall portion extending lengthwise along the first edge. The mounting clip includes a fastener portion dimensioned for securement along the associated wall structure, and a panel-engaging portion configured to interengage the mounting wall portion of the wall panel. A mounting clip and wall panel kit, and a method of assembly are also included.

Abstract: A release liner web has thermoplastic membranes coated on opposite sides of the release liner web that are thermoplastically fused proximally to an edge of the release liner web, nearly doubling the width of thermoplastic membranes that can be prepared using conventional equipment. Also described are geomembranes prepared from an amorphous or semi-crystalline thermoplastic sheet material and having a high gloss surface, and methods of manufacture and use of same.

Abstract: A reflective light shelf includes a first wall including an outer surface exhibiting a combination of diffuse and spectral reflectivity adapted to reflect light into the associated building structure and an inner surface disposed opposite the outer surface. A second wall includes an inner surface disposed in facing relation to the inner surface of the first wall and an outer surface opposite the inner surface. The second wall is disposed in spaced relation to the first wall such that a shelf height is defined between the outer surfaces of the first and second walls. An inner-core structure is operatively connected between the inner surfaces of the first and second walls. A reflective light shelf system and method are also included.

Abstract: An aesthetic cover assembly includes first mounting portion of a cover wall for concealing a portion of a building structure that is secured to the building structure. An alignment pin is secured on one of the first mounting portions and the building structure. The alignment pin supports a second mounting portion of a cover wall for concealing a portion of the building structure. A method of installing an aesthetic cover assembly is also included.

Abstract: A method for producing polyisocyanurate insulation foams, the method comprising contacting an A-side stream of reactants that includes an isocyanate with a B-side stream of reactants that include a polyol and a blowing agent, where the blowing agent includes isopentane and n-pentane in a substantial absence of cyclopentane.

Abstract: A walkway pad is provided for placement on a flat roof to protect the roof from foot traffic, tools, and/or equipment. The walkway pad includes a body and at least one expansion joint that absorbs thermal movement of the body. A method of manufacturing the walkway pad is also provided.

Abstract: A mounting bracket assembly is included that is capable of securing an associated rigid sunscreen on an associated building structure. The mounting bracket assembly can include a first bracket that is adapted for securement on the associated building structure and a second bracket that is adapted for securement on the associated rigid sunscreen. The first bracket can include a first interengaging feature, and the second bracket can include a second interengaging feature that is cooperative with the first interengaging feature of the first bracket. A sunscreen and mounting bracket assembly, a sunscreen and mounting bracket kit, and a method of assembly are also included.
