Abstract: A method for providing a roller assembly for producing a decorative pattern on a wood material surface, wherein the roller assembly comprises at least one decorative paint roller and at least one structured lacquer application or embossing roller, and the structured lacquer application or embossing roller and the decorative paint roller are matched to create a structured decorative pattern, includes the steps of applying first the decorative paint roller and then the structured lacquer application roller on the wood material surface. The method uses at least two different decorative paint rollers for creating two different decorative patterns are matched with a structured lacquer application or embossing roller.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for connecting and locking two building boards, in particular floor panels, on their longitudinal sides and/or transverse sides in the horizontal and vertical direction through an essentially vertical joining movement. The building boards have a top side and an underside. On their lateral edges (I, II) to be connected to one another are provided with profiles corresponding to one another, and a locking element is provided in the profile of the first building board, which locking element has an inner end and an outer end and is inserted with the inner end in a groove of the first building board, and which interacts with a locking depression provided in the profile of the second building board such that the two building boards are automatically locked in the vertical direction with the joining movement.

Abstract: A method for producing a panel, in particular a wall panel, ceiling panel or flooring panel of split woodbased-material boards with lateral edges. The boards have a pattern on the top and/or underside. The pattern is coated with a heat-activatable synthetic resin or a radiation-curable varnish. The woodbased-material board, pattern and synthetic resin coat or varnish coat is pressed one under the other by an engraved roller and at least one counterpressure roller. The method includes heating the engraved roller to a temperature of 200-500° C., inserting the panel between the engraved roller and a counterpressure roller, and embossing a structure with a depth of up to 500 ?m into the heat-activatable synthetic resin coat on the top of the panel with a pressure of 585-1475 N/cm2 (60-150 kg/cm2).

Abstract: A method for producing a pattern, in particular a wood pattern, on the face of a woodbased-material board. The pattern is preset with the aid of a digital data set and applied to the woodbased-material board via an intaglio printing process. The pattern is covered with at least one synthetic resin layer and pressed with the woodbased-material board. The digital data set is used to produce a sample print by use of an inkjet printing process, which print is used to compare with the pattern print on the woodbased-material board in terms of optical appearance. The materials and/or printing conditions used in the pattern printing and the sample printing are coordinated with one another.

A protective layer is applied of melamine resin to the decoration and the board is pressed under the action of temperature until the protective layer and the sealing layer melt and bond to each other with the inclusion of the decoration printed on.
