Abstract: A mobile device includes a display module, an option module, a determination module, and a control module. The option module is operable to offer an answer option, a first rejection option, and a second rejection option to display on the display module. The determination module is operable to determine whether the answer option, the first rejection option, and the second rejection option are selected. The first rejection option is operable to operate a first incoming call during a current active call. If the first rejection option is selected, the control module rejects the first incoming call. If the second rejection option is selected, the control module rejects incoming calls after the first incoming call and ignores incoming call information indicating the incoming calls occurring after the first incoming call during the current active call.

Abstract: A mobile electronic device includes a main body, a support frame, and a switch. When the support frame is in the first mode and used to support the main body, the main body is required to execute the first function by the support frame and the switch. For example, the first function is used to control the display and includes related functions of multimedia reproducing. In addition, when the support frame is in the second mode and used to support the main body, the main body is required to execute the second function by the support frame and the switch. For example, the second function is used to control the speaker and includes related functions. Whereby, the mobile electronic device includes different two modes to instinctively and automatically switch between video and audio files reproducing.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electronic device and a method for switching an audio input channel of the electronic device. The electronic device includes a headphone interface, a detection circuit, a signal processing unit, and a multiplexer. The headphone interface is operable to connect with an audio connector of a headphone. The detection circuit includes a headphone pin and a button pin. The detection circuit detects a level of a last pole of the audio connector, transfers the level of the last pole into a first level of the headphone pin and a second level of the button pin, and outputs the first level and the second level to the signal processing unit. The signal processing unit transmits commands to the multiplexer in response to the first level and the second level. The multiplexer switches the audio input channel of the electronic device based on the commands.

Abstract: A signal shielding box with a plurality of shielding covers is provided. The shielding covers are pivotally connected with a shielding case and cover one another so as to respectively conceal or expose the opening. A connector is positioned at the shielding case and is electrically connected with the wireless communication device within the shielding case. The connector is electrically connected with a measurement and analysis device out of the shielding case. The shielding covers are respectively opened and closed so as to expose and conceal the opening. Thus, a plurality of shielding effects are formed so as to shield and measure signals of the wireless communication device.

Abstract: A communication device with an audio database comprises an audio receiving module, a locator module, an audio identification module and a notification module. The audio receiving module calculates the strength of the at least one signal, the locator module determines whether each of the strength exceeds a predefined value and determines the directionality of the at least one audio signal in accordance with the strength of the at least one audio signal. The audio identification module compares the audio signal with audio modules in accordance with characteristics parameter to issue a warning.

Abstract: A wireless communication device includes a main body, a cover, a base board, an elastic member, and an antenna module. The cover is attached to the main body. The base board includes a feeding point and a grounding point. The elastic member is connected to one of the feeding point and the grounding point. The antenna module includes a first antenna and a second antenna connected to the other feeding point and the grounding point of the base board. The base board, the elastic and the antenna module are mounted in the cover. The elastic member selectively causes the first antenna or the second antenna to contact to the one of the feeding points and the grounding point of the base board when in an open or closed state.

The filling blocks have a permittivity higher than the substrate and are received in a portion of the notches covered by the antenna to raise the permittivity of the substrate.

Abstract: A meeting information distribution system and method using a mobile communication base estimates a threshold value of a signal strength of a wireless signal receivable by a meeting room, and monitors user information of a terminal device by a server connected to the mobile communication base station. Attendee information is obtained from a database connected to the mobile communication base station, and is determined whether the user of the terminal device is an attendee by comparing the user information and the attendee information. Meeting information is obtained from the database if the user is an attendee, and is distributed to the terminal device through a wireless broadcast service channel.

Abstract: A noise-reduction method for processing a port is applied to a test target for testing or being burned in with software. At least one zero-Ohm resistor is provided with a first end thereof electrically connected to a device under test (DUT) of the test target and a second end thereof connected to a test port. Moreover, at least one grounding zero-Ohm resistor is provided with one end connected to ground and the other end is a floating end. After the test target is finished debugging or burned in with software, the connection of the first end and the DUT is disabled, and the second end is connected to ground through the floating end to reduce noise generation and improve a flexibility in circuit layout.

Abstract: An electronic device and a method enable capturing a 360° panoramic image by a digital camera having a fixed angle lens. A number of frames is set for capturing the 360° panoramic image of the digital camera unit. The electronic device receives an initial azimuth of the digital camera unit from an electronic compass and determines rotation points of the digital camera unit. A current azimuth from an electronic compass of the electronic device is received and the rotated angle of the digital camera unit is calculated. The electronic device captures at least one image if the digital camera unit rotates to one of the rotation points.

Abstract: An electronic device and method for operating a presentation application file includes acquiring a histogram of each of a plurality of designated objects, and defining an operation corresponding to each of the plurality of designated objects. The electronic device and method further includes acquiring a histogram of a recognized object in an image, determining a matched designated object by comparing the histogram of the recognized object with the histograms of the designated objects, and executing an operation function corresponding to the matched designated object.

Abstract: A system and a method for automatic disconnection of a phone call of a communication device include setting a critical time of the phone call, resetting a timer of the communication device when the communication device starts a phone call, and obtaining a local voice and a remote voice of the phone call. The system and method further include starting timing when determining both of the local voice and remote voice are inactive, and controlling the communication device to perform an auto disconnection of the phone call when the duration of inactivity exceeds the predetermined critical time.

Abstract: A modem and method for conserving power of an electronic device includes storing a black list and a white list, each of the black list and the white list including one or more Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. The modem and method further includes receiving a packet from an IP address, determining if the IP address is in the black list or the white list, dropping the packet if the IP address is in the black list, or resetting the timer and sending the packet to the electronic device if the IP address is in the white list.

Abstract: A communication device and a privacy protection method receives an incoming call from a remote communication device, and transmits a preset substitute image to the remote communication device if a user of the communication device declining to share live video images with the remote user. When the user answers the incoming call, the method can check with the user as to determine whether to connect a live video. If the user of the communication device responds to include video, the method connects the video and transmit live video images to the remote communication device synchronously with voice communication of the call.

Abstract: A graphic user interface management system displays all shortcuts on surfaces of a first three-dimensional (3D) graph displayed on a desktop background. The first 3D graph streams objects during rotating. On projection paths of the objects, a first preset number of objects forms system time to be displayed on the desktop background, a second preset number of objects forms a process wall, which displays running processes of shortcuts invoked by a user from the first 3D graph. The shortcuts dragged from the first 3D graph to other positions of the desktop background are represented by second 3D graphs. A rotation speed and direction of the first 3D graph change according to an operation speed and direction on the first 3D. The system further performs corresponding desktop display actions according to manipulated operations on the first 3D graph, the process wall, or the second 3D graphs.

Abstract: An antenna testing device for testing an antenna assembled in a portable wireless communication device includes a data processing unit configured to receive signals from a CPU of the portable wireless communication device, a feedback unit, and a duplexer. The data processing unit sends the signals to the antenna by the feedback unit and the duplexer. The feedback unit feeds back mixed feedback signals mixed with signals leaked from the antenna to the data processing unit. The data processing unit judges whether the antenna is working properly according to the mixed feedback signals.

Abstract: A portable electronic device may adjust a display orientation of a display screen of the portable electronic device according to data from a gravity sensor, a video camera, and a display orientation adjusting unit. The display orientation adjusting unit may analyze acceleration data of the portable electronic device to generate a first adjustment parameter, and analyze the facial image to generate a second adjustment parameter. Furthermore, the display orientation adjusting unit may determine whether the display orientation of the display screen needs to be adjusted, and adjust the display orientation of the display screen to a viewing orientation of the user according to the first adjustment parameter or the second adjustment parameter.

The electronic device includes a memory unit configured for storing a preset fingerprint therein, a wireless receiver, a stylus having a fingerprint sensor and a wireless transmitter. The fingerprint sensor captures a captured fingerprint from a finger when the finger is placed on the fingerprint sensor, and the wireless transmitter transmits the captured fingerprint to the wireless receiver for user identification by comparing the preset fingerprint with the captured fingerprint.
