  • Publication number: 20230234711
Abstract: The embodiments relate to reducing condensate precipitate on inner surfaces of an outer skin of an aircraft and adjacent components. The condensate precipitate is reduced by supplying dry air to an upper region of an air gap which extends between the upper region and a lower region and is disposed between the outer skin of an aircraft and an insulation arranged between a cabin wall and the outer skin of an aircraft. The dry air may be obtained with low effort and at low cost by sucking it off from the lower region of the air gap and conducted in one or more lines to the upper region of the air gap, where it is allowed to re-enter the air gap. The lines are connected to fans which create a pressure difference in the lines, which moves the dry air from the inlet opening or openings to the outlet openings.

  • Patent number: 11711177
Abstract: A receiver receives a radio signal from a transmitter of a wireless communication system serving a plurality of receivers. The radio signal includes for the plurality of receivers served by the transmitter a plurality of control messages and a redundant control message for at least one of the control messages. The receiver detects a control message from the radio signal, and, responsive to detecting the control message, the receiver detects a signal from another location in the radio signal. The receiver determines the detected control message as a specific control message for the receiver based on the signal detected from the other location.

  • Patent number: 11706413
Abstract: A picture in a data stream is subdivided into different size transform blocks. For a transform block, a transformation is selected by checking whether the block's size exceeds a threshold. If it does, a default technique is used to select the transformation. If it does not, a transformation is used from a list of transformations as identified by an index, the list including an identity transformation and non-identity transformations. A coefficients block in the data stream is decoded, and if the selected transformation is the identity transformation, then the coefficients block is used as a residual sample array, and if the selected transformation is not the identity transformation, the coefficients block is subjected to an inverse transformation corresponding to the selected transformation to obtain a residual sample array used to correct a prediction for the transform block.
