    Abstract: An infrared non-linear optical crystal has the following molecular formula: A18X21Y6M48, in which A is Ba, Sr or Pb; X is Zn, Cd or Mn; Y is Ga, In or Al; and M is S, Se or Te. The crystal belongs to trigonal system and has space group R3. The crystal Ba18Zn21Ga6S48 is a type I phase matching non-linear optical material, in a particle size range of 150˜210 ?m, its powder frequency doubling intensity and the laser damage threshold are respectively 0.5 times and 28 times those of the commercial material AgGaS2. Other crystals have the same or similar structure and properties such as optical property. The infrared non-linear optical crystal of the present application has important prospects in military and civilian applications, and can be used in electro-optical countermeasures, resource detection, space antimissile and communications, etc.

    Abstract: Pt2M heterotrinuclear metal-organic alkynyl complexes have a structure of formula (I): [Pt2M(?-PR2CH2PRCH2PR2)2(C?CR?)2(C?CR?)2]+mAm?. In formula (I), ? represents a bridging ligand; PR2CH2PRCH2PR2 is a type of tridentate phosphine ligands; the subscript number of each letter represents the number of each group. The complexes present phosphorescent emission, and the color distribution of the emitted light is relatively broad from blue-green to orange-red. The complexes can be used as photoluminescent materials in the fields of displays, lighting, sensors and biomarkers. Among the complexes, Cu complexes also exhibit reversible self-recovery photochromic performance. Under UV irradiation, the complexes change from a colorless or light color state to a dark color state rapidly, and after stopping UV irradiation, they gradually return to the light color state.

As a high temperature stable catalyst for methane reforming with carbon dioxide, the catalyst can be used to produce syngas, realizing the emission reduction and recycling utilization of carbon dioxide. Under atmospheric pressure and at 800° C., the supported metal catalyst with hierarchical pores shows excellent catalytic performance. In addition to high activity and good selectivity, the catalyst has high stability, high resistance to sintering and carbon deposition.

The nonlinear optical crystal material has an excellent infrared nonlinear optical performance, whose frequency-doubling intensity can reach 9.3 times of AgGaS2 with the same particle size, and it meets type-I phase matching; and its laser damage threshold can reach 7.5 times of AgGaS2 with the same particle size. The nonlinear optical crystal material has important application value in the frequency-converters which can be used for frequency doubling, sum frequency, difference frequency, optical parametric oscillation of laser in mid and far infrared waveband, and the like.

    Abstract: A GaN based LED epitaxial structure and a method for manufacturing the same. The GaN based LED epitaxial structure may include: a substrate; and a GaN based LED epitaxial structure grown on the substrate, wherein the substrate is a substrate containing a photoluminescence fluorescent material. The photoelectric efficiency of the LED epitaxial structure is enhanced and the amount of heat generated from a device is reduced by utilizing a rare earth element doped Re3Al5O12 substrate; since the LED epitaxial structure takes a fluorescence material as a substrate, a direct white light emission may be implemented by such an LED chip manufactured by the epitaxial structure, so as to simplify the manufacturing procedure of the white light LED light source and to reduce production cost. The defect density of the epitaxial structure is reduced by firstly epitaxial growing, patterning the substrate and then laterally growing a GaN based epitaxial structure.
