    Abstract: The disclosure relates to technology for power supply for a voltage controller oscillator (VCO), where the power supply has a closed loop mode and an open loop mode. In closed loop mode, a peak detector circuit determines the amplitude of the output for the VCO, which is compared to a reference value in an automatic gain control loop. An input voltage for the VCO is determined based on a difference between the reference value and the output of the peak detector circuit. The peak detector circuit can be implemented using parasitic bipolar devices in an integrated circuit formed in a CMOS process. While operating in the closed loop mode, a controller monitors the input voltage and, when the input voltage is stabilized, the controller uses this input voltage value determined in open loop mode.

A key quality indicator (KQI) indicative of a performance level associated with a source is received in the communication network. The KQI includes a performance measurement value to identify a performance level of the source having the anomalous behavior. An improved KQI indicative of a level of degradation is calculated based on the anomalous behavior at the source by recovering the KQI to a historical value. Sources of the anomalous behavior are clustered into subsets according to the level of degradation based on the calculated KQI improvement. A global or partial degradation type of the root cause source in the subset having a severe level of degradation is determined using hypothesis testing, and a confidence value is provided for the accepted degradation type.

The server computer may further detect anomalies in each of the data categories based on inconsistencies between at least one common feature associated with a data category and traffic flows in the data category.     Abstract: It is possible to reduce latency and/or overhead when performing a platoon handover by using the leading vehicle in the platoon to communicate handover requests and/or initial resource requests (e.g., random access transmissions) on behalf of trailing vehicles in the platoon. In one example, a leading vehicle in a platoon communicates a handover request to a source AP to request handover of the entire platoon from the source AP to a target AP. In such an example, the source AP then communicates handover commands to each vehicle in the platoon without receiving separate handover requests from the trailing vehicles, thereby reducing overhead in the access network. The handover commands notify the trailing vehicles of the handover, and may be sequentially communicated to the trailing vehicles based on their order in the platoon.

    Abstract: A direct current (DC) bus voltage from a combined output of a plurality of DC power modules is controlled based on an alternating current (AC) voltage of a power grid. The DC bus voltage tracks the AC grid voltage to provide efficient conversion between the DC power sources and the AC grid, even when the amplitude of the AC grid voltage varies. In one example, a variable reference voltage is generated based on a detected AC grid voltage. The reference voltage increases and decreases in proportion to increases and decreases in the AC grid voltage. In this manner, large differences between the bus voltage and the grid voltage are avoided. By closely tracking the two voltages, efficiency in the modulation index for power conversion can be achieved.

The motion-induced signal is filtered to generate a filtered motion-induced signal. The filtered motion-induced signal is amplified to generate an amplified filtered motion-induced signal. The driving signal is adjusted based on the amplified filtered motion-induced signal to reduce the oscillation of the MEMS actuator.
