    Abstract: An apparatus for satisfying Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) compliance criteria including a first capacitance sensor, a second capacitance sensor, a memory, and a processor. The memory is configured to store pre-established proximity regions that include a free space region of proximity based on baseline capacitance measurements obtained from the sensors when no human body is proximate a wireless device and a first region of proximity based on initial capacitance measurements obtained from the sensors when the human body is spaced apart from the wireless device by a first predetermined separation distance. The processor is configured to instruct a radio frequency (RF) transmitter to operate at a first output power when subsequent capacitance measurements received from the sensors are within the free space region of proximity and at a second output power, less than the first output power when the subsequent capacitance measurements are within the first region of proximity.

The processor may be further configured to suspend upstream transmission during the extended quiet window. The OLT further comprises a transmitter that transmits a serial number (SN) grant to an optical network unit (ONU) during the extended quiet window. Upon receiving the SN grant, the ONU may transmit a plurality of calibration request messages during the extended quiet window. Each of the calibration request messages correspond to a different attempt wavelength. The OLT may receive one of the calibration request messages at a successful attempt wavelength. The OLT transmits a calibration response message identifying the successful attempt wavelength.

Additionally, the server establishes, at the user level of operation, a plurality of VCs for a plurality of respective services provided to the client device. The communication module at the user level communicates with service modules running at the server for executing the services. The data of the VCs are arranged into a plurality of respective priority queues according to priority of the services. The communication module exchanges the data of the services in the VCs on the TCP connection with the client device according to the priority queues.

A first switch and a second switch are coupled to the root node, and a first CPU and a first group of PCIe resources are coupled to the first switch. According to some embodiments, for potential pairs of devices and NTB/CPUs, the distance between components is assessed, possible alternative paths are identified, and the isolation of the pair is determined.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a screen sharing technology including a local computing device and a remote computing device. The local computing device compresses pixel data captured from a frame buffer of the local computing device into a video stream. When the local computing device determines that a video visual component is to be displayed, it obtains compressed data for the video visual component, location information and temporal information. The remote computing device decodes the compressed data and the video stream in different decoder and displays the video stream and compressed data on its monitor according to the temporal information and location information. As such, the embodiment described above leads to better coding efficiency, better coding quality, and lower bit rate.

The addressed configuration register is accessed to retrieve the configuration pattern and configure the programmable hardware unit.
