Abstract: A method including receiving a request to access a meeting record from a user is provided. The meeting record may indicate at least one meeting participant, an audio/video recording and a presentation from one of the participants in the meeting. The method includes verifying an access privilege of the user for the meeting record, providing the meeting record to the user, for playback of a selected portion, and providing, in the meeting record, a selecting tool to the user, for playing the selected portion, wherein the selecting tool is configured to playback the selected portion for one of multiple participants in the meeting.

Abstract: Non-limiting examples of the present disclosure describe proactive detection and notification of a potential loss of connectivity during an electronic collaborative communication. Subsequently, a state of the electronic collaborative communication is managed to improve, among other technical advantages, processing efficiency of associated computing devices and users involved in the electronic collaborative communication. A quality of a network feed for a participant in an electronic collaborative communication is identified and analyzed to generate a warning of potential loss of connectivity. A state of an electronic collaborative communication is managed relative to a continued quality evaluation of said network feed. For example, a network feed may be placed on hold and/or a communication suspended due to potential connectivity issues. A representation of a video feed may be updated and/or a communication resumed when a quality of that video feed is determined to satisfy a pre-selected quality threshold.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and storage media for providing interoperability for advanced messaging features between RCS and proprietary messaging platforms are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: register a user of a messaging platform with an external network; associate the user with an identifier of the external network; configure an adapter to receive notifications from the identifier of the external network via a subscription; and receive, via the adapter at the messaging platform, the notifications addressed to the identifier of the external network based on the subscription.

Abstract: Methods are provided for providing a unified communication history of a multi-modal communication. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a plurality of event logs related to the multi-modal communication. The multi-modal communication comprises a first communication modality and a second communication modality. The method includes aggregating the one or more events from the event logs as a plurality of aggregated events and resolving an identity of each user from among the plurality of users in the plurality of aggregated events. The method includes storing the aggregated events into a communication history of the multi-modal communication. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and storage media for real time information analysis for a teleconference are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: receive, at a subscriber server, a voice stream from a first participant in a teleconference; convert at least a portion of the voice stream into a string of characters; select a keyword from a subset of the string of characters; access a network search engine and presenting the keyword as a query for the network search engine; receive a search result returned by the network search engine based on the query; analyze the search result for ancillary content based on the semantic context of the voice stream; and provide the ancillary content for display in a device used by a second participant in the teleconference.

Abstract: A method including receiving, from a non-participant, a request to access a chat group at a voice call number, the chat group including multiple participants is provided. The method includes providing a list of the participants to the non-participant, so that the non-participant may select to talk to a first participant from the list of the participants, receiving a call, from the non-participant to the first participant, at the voice call number via a voice communication channel, and initiating a voice data transfer between the first participant and the non-participant through the voice communication channel. A system and a non-transitory, computer readable medium storing instructions to cause the system to execute the above method are also provided.

Abstract: Methods and systems for intelligently routing an incoming call are provided. An automatic call distribution system may include a call flow service that receives incoming calls, and a separate weighted-bid call distribution service. The call flow service can request a recommended recipient for each incoming call from the weighted-bid call distribution service. The weighted-bid call distribution service identifies a recommended recipient for each incoming call by generating a priority weight for that call, one or more relevance weights that indicate the relevance of one or more potential recipients to that call, and an availability weight for one or more potential recipients with high relevancy weights. The weighted-bid call distribution service identifies a recommended recipient by comparing a combination of the priority weight for the call and the relevancy weights for the high relevancy recipients to the availability weight for those recipients.

Abstract: A server comprising a processor circuit and a database may receive address book data comprising information associated with at least one contact from a communication device via a network. The processor circuit may identify information associated with the at least one contact in the database and/or from public data. The processor circuit may add the identified information to the address book data. The processor circuit may store the address book data with the added information in the database and send the added information with or without the address book data to the communication device via the network.

Abstract: A method for providing a meeting record to a meeting participant is provided. The method includes identifying a presence, in a meeting, of one participant and identifying a start of the meeting. The method also includes recording during the meeting, from the participant or from multiple participants, an audio, a video, and recording, from one of the participants in the meeting, a presentation. The method includes creating a meeting record with identifications of the participants in the meeting, the audio of the participant, the video of the participant, and the presentation from one of the participants in the meeting by forming a timeline file with a condensed transcript of highlights from the audio and the video, and providing the meeting record for a playback to a second participant in the meeting, upon request. A system and a non-transitory medium storing instructions to cause the system to perform the above method are also provided.

Abstract: Methods and systems for recommending events during a media session are provided. In one aspect, a method includes monitoring communication streams of the session and analyzing data of the streams to detect at least one intent and at least one entity. The method includes determining, responsive to detecting the at least one intent, whether the at least one intent is a question or a task, and includes identifying, responsive to determining that the at least one intent is the question is associated with the at least one entity, presence information associated with the at least one entity. The method includes transmitting, during the session, responsive to determining that the at least one intent is the question associated with the at least one entity and based on the presence information, an in-session recommendation to initiate an event associated with the at least one entity. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.

Abstract: A computing device may send a request to a telephony server over a network to initiate a call with a telephony device, and may output for display a graphical user interface (GUI). A first process executing at the computing device may provide a first one or more call controls in the GUI for controlling the call. A second process executing at the computing device may provide a second one or more call controls in the GUI for controlling the call. In response to receiving user input indicative of a selection of a call control from the first one or more call controls to perform an action for the call, the second process may update the second one or more call controls based at least in part on the action to be performed.

Abstract: Routing a communication from a first computer system, through a network, to a second computer system, may include determining whether a route through the network meets a metric, and assigning an output address of the first computer system and an input address of the second computer system based on whether the route meets the metric. The communication may be sent from the output address of the first computer system and received at the input address of the second computer system.

The method also includes receiving instructions regarding controlling functions of the meeting through the interface on the mobile device, the functions comprising at least one of muting all meeting participants, promoting a speaker, recording the meeting, sharing the meeting, or transferring the meeting. The method also includes applying the instructions to the functions of the meeting.

Abstract: A system may send content to be shared in an online meeting between a plurality of computing devices to each of the plurality of computing devices. The system may receive, from a computing device associated with a presenter role in the online meeting from the plurality of computing devices, indications of interactions with the content. The system may, in response to receiving the indications of the interactions, send one or more commands to each of the plurality of computing devices other than the computing device to synchronize presentation of the content at each of the plurality of computing devices other than the computing device according to the interactions with the content by the computing device.

Abstract: Various aspects of the subject technology related to systems and methods for mapping communication content based on topic analysis to determine user knowledge scores. A system may be configured to receive communication content including spoken and non-spoken content. The system may convert spoken content to non-spoken content and a data set of the communication content may be generated. The system may construct a generative statistical model identifying a list of topics in the data set. The generative statistical model may also identify the topic percentage of words in the data set that are associated with a given topic. The system may generate a communication content graph identifying user nodes and word edges. The system may calculate a topic strength for each word edge and determine a user knowledge score for each user associated with each identified topic. The system may output the user knowledge score.

Abstract: A method for originating and terminating services in a unified communication platform is provided. The method includes receiving, from a local market intermediate carrier, a request for a communication between a subscriber of a public network and an end-user endpoint in a local network, associated with an end-user phone number. The method includes creating a lease for an address anchor in a pool of addresses, receiving, in a proxy server from a carrier gateway server, a communication request from the end-user phone number to the address anchor, and establishing a communication channel to the address anchor. The method includes replacing, in the communication channel, a “from” header with a phone number of the subscriber of the public network, and a “to” header with the end-user phone number. Abstract: Methods and systems for controlling a communication device using a web-based unified communication platform are provided. In one aspect, a method includes receiving initial call status data from notification services. The method includes configuring bi-directional data binding between the platform and call servers. The method also includes generating a call initiation request by providing parameters associated with the first communication device to the call servers and transmitting the call initiation request to the first communication device. The method also includes connecting, in response to the first communication device accepting the call initiation request, the first communication device to the platform to facilitate a call to a second communication device. The method also includes receiving updated call status data associated with the call.
