Abstract: Methods are provided for routing communications between different recipients at an entity having access to a shared communication log and using presence information. The methods include receiving a communication from a user to an entity by a primary recipient at a call center for the entity, obtaining identifying information for the user, storing a communication log regarding the communication of the user, identifying a current presence of a secondary recipient for the entity, transferring the communication from the primary recipient to the secondary recipient in response to the presence identification of the secondary recipient indicating the secondary recipient is accessible, updating the communication log with information regarding the transfer from the primary recipient to the secondary recipient, and providing the communication log to the secondary recipient during the communication between the first user and the primary recipient or secondary recipient.

Abstract: A method including identifying an interaction between two parties, the interaction hosted by a remote server, is provided. The method includes identifying a first mode from a provider for the interaction by the two parties from multiple modes provided by the remote server, and obtaining, from the remote server, an identification for each of the parties, the identification being associated with the mode. The method includes identifying a duration of the interaction for each of the at least two parties and associating the interaction with an asynchronous interaction in a second communication mode from a second provider having a common identification with one of the parties. The method includes storing, in a database, a record of the interaction event that includes the first mode, the identification for each of the at least two parties, and the duration of the interaction for each of the at least two parties.

Abstract: Methods for predicting preferred communications patterns are provided. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a request from a first user to initiate communication with a second user by a first communication method, determining a communication preference hierarchy of the second user based on a plurality of factors concerning the second user, wherein the plurality of factors include a presence state, selecting a second communication method from the communication preference hierarchy, wherein the second communication method is preferred over the first communication method in the communication preference hierarchy, and in response to the request from the first user, providing a recommendation to the first user to communicate with the second user by the second communication method. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.

Abstract: A method for originating and terminating services in a unified communication platform is provided. The method includes receiving, from a local market intermediate carrier, a request for a communication between a subscriber of a public network and an end-user endpoint in a local network, associated with an end-user phone number. The method includes creating a lease for an address anchor in a pool of addresses, receiving, in a proxy server from a carrier gateway server, a communication request from the end-user phone number to the address anchor, and establishing a communication channel to the address anchor. The method includes replacing, in the communication channel, a “from” header with a phone number of the subscriber of the public network, and a “to” header with the end-user phone number. A system and a non-transitory, computer-readable medium storing instructions to perform the above method are also provided.

Abstract: A method for receiving a first signal from a first client device, the first signal indicative of a first user activity is provided. The method includes receiving a second signal from a client device, and storing the first signal and the second signal in an activity history log associated with the first user. The method includes determining, by a server, a presence status of the first user, configuring a presence indicator for the first user based on the presence status, and receiving, from a second user, a request for the presence indicator for the first user. The method includes validating the request from the second user and providing the presence indicator for the first user to the second user. A system and a non-transitory, computer readable medium storing instructions to perform the above method are also provided.

The system may process the plurality of communication requests to using one or more predictive models derived from a machine learning process to generate a communication request resolution for each of the plurality of communication requests. The system may forward a communication request notification to a request facilitator to implement the generated communication request resolution.

The method includes initiating a connection for a user to an audio conferencing service, such as through an alert or notification. The method also includes matching the user with contact details including user's name, email address, phone number, user ID, and/or enterprise. The method also includes determining a confidence score based on matching the user with the contact details to verify an identity of the user when the confidence score exceeds a predetermined threshold. The method also includes searching calendar data for a meeting involving the user based on the contact details of the user, the meeting being scheduled proximate to a current time, the calendar data having a scheduled start time and a scheduled end time for the meeting. The method also includes joining the user to the meeting via the audio conferencing service based on the calendar data.

The method includes providing to one second participant an invitation to join the event, receiving, from any one of the participants, a document, and providing the document to all participants for view and/or editing, and providing the document to all participants upon request within a time period. The method includes granting access to the event to a participant, permitting the participant to access and modify the document in the event, and receiving a request from one of the participants to switch one of the first client device or a second client device used by a participant to continue to participate in the event. Abstract: Methods are provided for providing a unified communication history of a multi-modal communication. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a plurality of event logs related to the multi-modal communication. The multi-modal communication comprises a first communication modality and a second communication modality that is different from the first communication modality. The method includes aggregating the one or more events from the event logs as a plurality of aggregated events and resolving an identity of each user from among the plurality of users in the plurality of aggregated events. The method includes storing the aggregated events into a communication history of the multi-modal communication. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.

The system may generate a communication content graph identifying user nodes and word edges.
