  • Patent number: 11806628
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, and computer storage media directed to anti-cheat detection in online multiplayer video games. An anti-cheat kernel driver adapted to validate and secure a system state of a gaming device is loaded during a booting process of the gaming device. The loaded anti-cheat kernel driver ensures that the system state cannot be tampered with from the time of boot through the duration of gameplay. The loaded anti-cheat kernel driver can also receive anti-cheat modules communicated to the gaming device from an anti-cheat server, so that anti-cheat modules are received and executed on an ad hoc basis dictated by the anti-cheat server. The anti-cheat server can autonomously manage the anti-cheat operations performed on a kernel layer or application layer of the gaming device, and conduct anti-cheat mitigation operations if necessary.

  • Patent number: 11803295
Abstract: Methods and devices for a feedback loop system, associated with delivery of content related to a software application, are disclosed. A method includes determining, for the content, a difference between a target output and a performance output. The performance output is an aggregate of respective unit outputs for unit(s) of the content. The method includes determining an input value required to re-perform at least one of the units. The re-performance can modify the difference. The input value, based on a probabilistic calculation of possible outcomes of the re-performance, is normalized based on a pre-determined baseline input value. The method includes determining, based on the normalized input value, an adjusted unit output associated with the re-performance. The method includes generating, based on the respective unit outputs and the adjusted unit output, and providing for display on a GUI, a graphical display layout comprising a visual representation of the unit(s).

  • Patent number: 11798376
Abstract: The invention relates to systems and methods of revealing portions of outcomes of real-world wagers through interactive media by storing reserve wagers, receiving an indication a first token has been acquired by a user, determining a tracking wager associated with the first token, matching a stored reserve wager with the tracking wager, associating the matched reserve wager with the first token, and revealing at least a portion of the outcome of the matched reserve wager to the user by the user's interaction with the interactive media. By integrating real-world wager outcomes with user interactions, the system may provide an engaging user experience with interactive media. For example, a game may reveal an outcome of a real-world wager (which has already occurred), in response to in-game actions such as user actions in the game, other players' actions, game events, and/or other events.

  • Patent number: 11783676
Abstract: A gaming machine, system, method, and program product provide a new slot machine game in which a gaming continuum displays advancement toward a highest state. The gaming continuum and includes a game activation display function that, based on a random selection associated with a wager activation, either partially advances the gaming continuum or totally advances the gaming continuum, the gaming continuum entering a decay state after each game outcome. The decay state includes displaying an advancing level of the gaming continuum decreasing toward an initial state. If a wager activation occurs before the initial state is reached, the level of the continuum is used as the starting state of the subsequent game round.

  • Patent number: 11741794
Abstract: A system for conducting a game between at least one computer-controlled player and at least one live player includes a plurality of neural nets. Each of the plurality of neural nets are associated with a different game state of a game. A plurality of instructions are stored in a data storage and executable by a data processor. The data processor determines a current state vector for the game responsive to game states of the game. The processor selects a neural net from the plurality of neural nets responsive to the current state vector. The data processor feeds the current state vector to the selected neural net and the selected neural net generates an output vector from the selected neural net responsive to the current state vector. The output vector provides a plurality of candidate meta-actions. The plurality of candidate meta-actions associated with the output vector are weighted responsive to a probability associated therewith.

  • Patent number: 11731037
Abstract: In various examples, when a user presses a button to interact with an object while playing a mobile video game, a prioritization zone around a targeting reticle can be defined. If the user positions the prioritization zone on a group of objects, a set of prioritization rules are applied to identify high importance objects (e.g., game Champions) in the prioritization zone. Based on the prioritization rules, the system can select the identified high importance object found inside the prioritization zone that is closest to the targeting reticle. In some embodiments, the prioritization zone is activated only for a defined period of time after the user presses the attack button. If the user releases the attack button during the defined period of time, the system can identify any of the objects in the prioritization zone and select a high importance object to interact with (e.g., launch an attack).
