Patent number: 6227744Abstract: A liquid dispensing mechanism contained in a handle of a cleaning implement. The handle includes internal upper and lower valve assemblies sealably mounted within the handle to provide an air tight chamber therebetween for holding liquid. The upper valve assembly includes a push button actuator for introducing air into the chamber. The lower valve assembly includes a dispensing outlet for discharging the liquid from the chamber. When air is introduced into the air tight chamber through the upper valve assembly, a corresponding amount of liquid is dispensed from the chamber and out from the handle through the dispensing outlet.Type: GrantFiled: October 12, 1999Date of Patent: May 8, 2001Assignee: Geerpres, Inc.Inventors: Joseph John Fodrocy, Robert Bell Abrahamson, Michael David Gluhanich

Patent number: 5165629Abstract: An adjustable holding device whereby different handled objects such as tools brooms and the like may be vertically hung. The holding device is adjustable and can retain handled objects of various widths. The adjustable holding device can either be directly mounted to a wall or can be retained in an elongated support bracket. The elongated support bracket can retain several adjustable holding devices, which allow several different handled objects to be hung vertically in side-by-side relation.Type: GrantFiled: July 10, 1991Date of Patent: November 24, 1992Assignee: Geerpres, Inc.Inventor: Frank L. Patent number: 4923202Abstract: The present invention is a manually propelled utility cart having a base, an intermediate slideable tray, and a top tray. The base includes wheels for movement of the utility cart along the floor surface. Vertical structural support members are provided for supporting the intermediate tray and the top tray vertically upward from the base. The intermediate tray has an adjustable positioning assembly and is in releasably slideable engagement with the vertical support members. The top tray includes molded utensil clips and has a handle with an integral trash bag retention portion. The upper tray also has upper support member engaging portions. The vertical structural support members includes at least one hollow rod structural member which is engaged and secured in compression between upper and lower support post engagement portions.Type: GrantFiled: February 18, 1987Date of Patent: May 8, 1990Assignee: Geerpres, Inc.Inventors: Frank Breveglieri, Kenneth F. Patent number: 4643325Abstract: The present invention pertains to the field of bail mounting structures. The bail mounting device of the present invention provides for an essentially non-removable bail. This non-removability is accomplished by a bail mounting device comprising an elongated planar member, an aperture in the planar member, a recess on the planar member concentric with the aperture, and a retaining means positioned in the recess for securing the bail into the mounting device. The mounting device is positioned in a mounting receptacle on a container. The bail is inserted through an aperture in the outer wall of the receptacle, through the elongated planar member, through the retaining means and finally nesting in a recess in the wall of the container, thus, providing a virtually non-removable bail for a container.Type: GrantFiled: August 2, 1985Date of Patent: February 17, 1987Assignee: Geerpres, Inc.Inventor: Kenneth F.
