The locking mechanism comprises a first locking mechanism for locking the relative positions of the upper push rod and the lower push rod, and a second locking mechanism for locking the relative positions of the lower push rod and the sliding sleeve, the second locking mechanism comprises a retractable lock tongue arranged on the lower push rod and a lock hole arranged on the sliding sleeve.
