Abstract: A drawer slide for connecting a drawer to a cabinet has a drawer rail detachably mounted to an inner profile of a drawer casing. The drawer rail has a hook arranged in the longitudinal direction which pivotally engages the drawer casing. A locking mechanism is provided on the drawer casing, which releasably locks the drawer casing to the drawer rail. The locking mechanism is releasable without the necessity of manipulation by hand.

Abstract: A drawer guide including a drawer rail for connection to a drawer, a carcass rail for connection to a carcass and a center rail which engages the drawer and carcass rails in a load transmitting relationship. Engagement with the drawer and carcass rails is by means of upper and lower carriages each of which include a plurality of rollers. In order to obtain synchronous displacement of the center rail during displacement of the drawer rail, there is provided a closed loop cable or chain traction means which runs over guide rollers arranged on opposite ends of the center rail. The upper run of the traction means is connected to both ends of the upper carriage, while the lower run of the traction means is connected to both ends of the lower carriage.

Abstract: A single-articulation door hinge with a pressure closing device is associated with a hinge arm mounted in a hinge barrel on a hinge pin. Leg springs engage the hinge pin and, in conjunction with the pressure roller, provide spring mounting for the hinge arm. The leg springs are fixed in place by being clipped on to the hinge pin and function with the hinge arm as a spring clip.

Abstract: A tool for anchoring a housing barrel where in the barrel has a plurality of expandable claws, the tool comprising a support plate moveable axially and a plunger associated with the plate moveable therewith. The plunger has a plate engaging in and a tapered point. The tapered point is arranged to cooperate with an expansion tool consisting of a bowl cage, and a number of balls arranged around the cage periphery. Each ball is brought opposite the claw it is to deform. When the tapering point of the plunger penetrates the ball cage, the bails are displaced radially outward and thus deform the claws radially outwardly in the hole of the door section.

Abstract: A press-fit hinge cup for a hinge is anchored in a recess in a furniture portion, preferably in a door portion, and the anchoring means consists of tabs which project radially outwardly from the side wall of the hinge cup into the material of the peripheral wall of the recess of the furniture portion. In order to avoid excessive weakening of the material of the peripheral wall of the furniture portion and to ensure secure fitting of the hinge cup in the furniture portion respective upper or distal edges of the tabs are located at different distances from the base of the hinge cup relative to each other. As a result these tabs engage in the peripheral wall of the furniture portion along different contour lines in the recess. Additional splay tabs defined by slits positioned substantially perpendicularly to the hinge cup's base and pressed outwardly into the peripheral wall of the recess may be provided. The splay tabs provide additional resistance to twisting of the hinge cup in the recess.

Abstract: A hinge for insertion in a recess in a furniture portion (e.g. a door) including a press-in cup for engagement with the recess and rotary cup which is engageable with the press-in cup by a rotary action. Pairs of complementarily engageable tabs are provided on the bases of the cups. Further pairs of complementarily engageable engagement tabs are provided on side walls of the cups which provide a camming action tending to urge the cups together as they are engaged. The base of the press-in cup is provided with a resilient detent tongue which springs into place when the cups are connected and resists inadvertent disconnection. Manual depression of the detent permits the cups to be separated.

Abstract: A description is given of a drawer with a trim shape, the drawer moving on guide rollers over guide rails, and the drawer having front and rear sides along with drawer sides opposite each other.In order to protect the drawer sides from internal or external effect, and to give the drawer additional stability, the trim shape is designed as an elongated shaped component mounted on the sides of the drawer, a shoulder being arranged at the top side of a drawer side for locking the shaped component, the bottom side of the shaped component engaging a locking groove of the drawer side.

Abstract: A front adjustment of a front panel with snap-on mechanism for a drawer is described; whereby, the front panel is connected to a fastening mechanism and is designed for height adjustment, as well as lateral adjustment. In order to adjust the front panel in the horizontal and vertical directions with the largely hidden adjustable mechanism system, it is presented, that the front panel is on the back side of the snap-on hanger, that is connected to respective adjustable components; whereby, the adjustable component is situated in the glide profile.

Abstract: A drawer is described which comprises side walls, a back wall, a front panel and a drawer bottom. In order, for transport purposes, to reduce the amount of room which the drawer takes up, it is provided that the drawer side walls and the back wall are coupled in a hinge-like manner to the drawer bottom and that the front panel is detachably connected to said parts. There is provided on the drawer bottom a downward-directed projection which engages in an open groove of a side wall or of the back wall and fills the groove force-lockingly in the manner of an initial tension, the groove having an inward-directed hook-like projection and an opening through which the projection of the drawer bottom engages. Front panel connectors are additionally provided on the side walls for connection to the front panel.

Abstract: A rolling element guide for drawer guides consists of a furniture unit body rail mounted on the furniture unit body side wall and a drawer rail mounted on the drawer, rolling surfaces for the rolling elements transmitting the drawer load being arranged on both rails, the rolling elements being held in a roller cage arranged between the rails. For minimizing the rolling noise and for reducing the manufacturing costs, the rolling elements have pins on opposing end faces, these pins pivoting in the roller cage, the pins of rolling elements arranged in the same plane being staggered 90 degrees with respect to each other, which forms rolling surfaces on the rolling elements that are staggered 90 degrees with respect to each other, and high drawer loads can be transmitted.

Abstract: A furniture connector for connecting furniture parts is used for the attachment of a hinge arm on a body part or also for attaching a drawer front to a drawer side wall. In this case one part of the fixture is provided with a slide-in opening respectively for the arms pointing forward in the slide-in direction of the other part of the fixture, and one part of the fixture has a spring element which engages in a snap-in recess of the other part of the fixture when the parts of the fixture are assembled and interengaged.

Abstract: Described is a hinge with a rotary cup and a press-fit cup at the end of the hinge-joint, in which for assembly the rotary cup is inserted into the press-fit cup on the door side and for fastening is twisted in a bayonet-like manner. In order to prevent damage by parts projecting at the top, the press-fit cup is provided with lateral walls of reduced height in such a way that the press-fit cup is completely countersunk in the cup drilling on the door side and that from the bottom of the press-fit cup rise up bent portions which, through turning, are engaged by lugs of the rotary cup.

The hinge cup is dimensioned to be displacable in the bore relative to the frame or door member. Slotted holes for receiving attaching screws guide displacement of the hinge cup and hinge arm relative to the frame and door members.

Abstract: A supporting and guide roller for pull-out guides for drawers comprises a roller body made of hard material, the shell surface of the roller body forming a first rolling surface, at least one circumferential groove being arranged in the area of the first rolling surface and being filled with an elastic material, which forms a second rolling surface when the roller is not under load and projects a certain amount over the first rolling surface. The second rolling surface is arranged in the area of a wider notch in the roller body extending in the peripheral direction of the roller. When the soft rolling surface is under load, the material of the soft rolling surface is displaced into the area of the notch.

Abstract: A front panel with adjustment device, particularly for drawers of kitchen furniture with a frame with side frame rails with rollers and further with a rail arranged on the side of the frame and connected with the back side and front panel provides for adjustment of the incline of the front panel with an adjustment device arranged between the rail and the front panel. Provided for this purpose is a gear housing attached to the forward end of the rail, an eccentric bolt of a pinion engaging a receiving slot of the rail, and a worm with slots meshing with the pinion through a tooth system.

Abstract: Described is a single-articulation hinge with an adjusting arrangement for lateral adjustment and for vertical adjustment, the invention providing a snap-in connection between the door-side section and the frame-side section of the door hinge. Rapid assembly is achieved thereby, because the two-part door hinge is completed through simple sliding together of an intermediate plate mounted on the door side and of a frame-side base plate screwed onto the body of the furniture unit. A snap-in connection is carried out preferably with the help of a spring, which separably connects the two parts.
