Abstract: An apparatus, method, and computer program product are provided to detect error conditions and otherwise monitor the status of request data object and network response assets and related systems to allow for the efficient movement of network resources and other resources in high-volume network environments. In some example implementations, otherwise unrelated request data objects and their related parameters, along with otherwise unrelated network response asset systems are depicted on a single interface such that pairings between request data objects and network response assets, and other status information can be readily viewed. Some example implementations contemplate the use of location data in connection with error detection and remediation. Some example implementations also contemplate the establishment and use of a communication channel between an interface system and a system associated with a request data object and/or a network response asset upon the detection of an error condition.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer program product are disclosed for self-service design, scheduling, and delivery of user-defined reports regarding promotions. The method includes receiving, from a user device, a report type and report delivery information. Based on the report type, relevant data regarding the one or more promotions is collected, using which a report is generated. The method then outputs the generated report based on the report delivery information. Optionally, analytical insights, such as trends within the data, sample size, suitability of control data, and indications of statistical significance, are generated and included in the report. A corresponding apparatus and computer program product are also provided.

Abstract: Systems and related methods providing for online ordering of menu items from a merchant are discussed herein. Circuitry may be configured to generate an online menu based on menu information stored in a menu database. The menu information may be also configured to facilitate point-of-sale functionality at the merchant, such as by a point-of-sale device. The online menu may be provided to a consumer device. An online order may be received from the consumer device. The circuitry may be configured to process the online order, such as by facilitating a reservation, order preparation, and payment.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer program products that provide for an improved and more efficient system for transmitting content to client devices. The embodiments disclose an apparatus that clusters user behavior based on platform session records. The platform session records comprise stored data associated with a plurality of user inputs received by the system for the duration of a platform session. The apparatus and methods transform the platform session records into data comprising a form that is usable for identifying clusters of platform sessions. As a result of the clustering methodologies, the apparatus is configured to deliver content specifically optimized for users of client devices. The present disclosure thus provides for an improved networked system that reduces the amount of data transferred via the network and allows for a more efficient system that has reduced infrastructure requirements and improved performance.

Some embodiments may include one or more servers configured to: receive a request for access to a promotion webpage from a consumer device, wherein the request includes a consumer device cookie and the promotion webpage includes an indication of a promotion; in response to receiving the request for access to the promotion webpage, generate the promotion webpage including widgets; generate clickstream data based on tracking widget views of the widgets within the promotion webpage; associate the clickstream data with the consumer device cookie; and generate widget analytic data based on the clickstream data. The widget analytic data may then be used to populate webpages with widgets to optimize various criteria, such as widget views or promotion purchases.

Abstract: In general, embodiments of the present invention provide systems, methods and computer readable media for ranking promotions selected for recommendation to consumers based on predictions of promotion performance and consumer behavior. In embodiments, a set of promotions to be recommended to a consumer can be sorted and/or ranked according to respective relevance scores representing a probability that the consumer's behavior in response to the promotion will match a ranking target. In embodiments, calculating scores is based on a relevance model (a predictive function) derived from one or more contextual data sources representing attributes of promotions and consumer behavior. In embodiments, an absolute relevance score represents an absolute prediction of a ranking target variable. In embodiments, absolute relevance may be used to determine personalized local merchant discovery frontiers; featured result set thresholding for impressions; and/or promotion notification triggers.

Abstract: The transaction processing system and method provide an efficient and effective way to authorize promotion redemption. The transaction processing system may receive an indication of a request for authorization, the indication comprising a merchant identifier, an account number, and a transaction amount. The transaction processing system may determine whether the request for authorization corresponds to a promotion. The system may further transmit a transaction authorization based on whether the request for authorization corresponds to the promotion. The transaction processing system may cause a promotion database to designate the promotion as redeemed. In this fashion, the transaction processing system improves the consumer experience and minimizes the transaction time needed to identify and redeem a promotion.
