  • Patent number: 9739002
Abstract: The pile cutter 10 according to the invention allows tufted goods to be produced using materials which, for example, have a friction-reducing coating for forming a dirt-repellant surface that is soft to the touch. Such materials are known to be problematic in the production of pile and occasionally irregular pile is produced. Adjacent to the narrow cutting edge 25 of the pile cutter 10 according to the invention is a comparatively broader step 27 and 33, which prevents the loop from slipping, without cutting into the latter.

  • Patent number: 9670607
Abstract: A slide needle, comprising a needle body, which has a needle hook with two spaced-apart lateral hook surfaces. A slide is movably arranged on the needle body between an initial position (I) and a stitch knock-over position (II). The slide has two slide blades. A hook hole on a free blade end of the slide blades is formed by inner hole surfaces. In the stitch knock-over position (II), each inner hole surface lies against an associated lateral hook surface of the needle hook at a contact location and the contact area between the slide and the needle hook is reduced in a height direction (H).

  • Patent number: 9663877
Abstract: The card wire comprises a plurality of teeth inclined at an angle with the rib portion. The teeth have a front portion and a back portion joining at the tip of the teeth; and a base segment connecting the front portion to the back portion of the preceding tooth. The front portion is the inner portion of the tooth leaning towards the rib portion. The back portion is the outer portion of the tooth. The front portion comprises at least two undercut segments. The second undercut segment is spaced further away from the tip of the tooth than the first undercut segment. Each undercut segment has an undercut angle, being the minimum of the angles with the longitudinal direction of the card wire, of the tangents to each point of the part of the undercut segment going—when observed from the tip—inwards from the front portion.

  • Patent number: 9663950
Abstract: A concrete component includes a fiber reinforcement structure (12), formed by a grid arrangement (15). At least some of the rods extending in the X or Y direction are preferably designed as double rods having a joined cross-section or having sub-cross-sections separated from each other by a gap (20). Such double rods can be arranged in a grid structure both at right angles to each other and at other angles to provide a triangular structure, a hexagonal structure, or the like as a grid. Fiber reinforcement structures (12) made of a plastic-impregnated fiber material, such as epoxy-resin-bonded glass fibers having long fibers (endless fibers), in the particular rod longitudinal direction and without bonding among each other (ravings) can construct an adequately load-bearing composite with the concrete body (II). The steel rods can act as reinforcement, wherein harmful effects on the concrete, in particular wedge and gap effects, do not occur.

  • Patent number: 9636886
Abstract: A prefabricated concrete element (10) having a textile reinforcement (17) comprising fastening elements (12, 13, 14, 15), which are connected directly to the reinforcement (17). The fastening elements (12 to 15) can have a bent form and pass through a flat side of the prefabricated concrete element (10). The fastening elements can also have a straight or elongated form and emerge on narrow sides of a plate-shaped prefabricated concrete element (I 0). Because of the direct connection between the fastening element (12 to 15) and the reinforcement (17), the prefabricated concrete element can have an especially extensive and thin form and thus can be used as a façade panel.

  • Patent number: 9556544
Abstract: A heddle (10) is provided for weaving strip-shaped warp yarn. Said heddle (10) includes a heddle shaft (12) formed by two shaft parts (13). Said shaft parts (13) are placed on top of each other in a respective end section (15) of the heddle shaft (12) and interconnected. The end eyelets (16) of the heddle (10) are also in said end section (15). To form a yarn eye between both shaft parts (13), two separate warp yarn guiding bodies (20) are placed therebetween. To determine the position of the warp yarn guiding body (20) with respect to the heddle shaft (12), at least one shaft projection (22) is produced by stamping and subsequent bending or embossing each shaft part (13) for each warp yarn guiding body (20). Said shaft projection (22) engages in an associated recess (25) of the warp yarn guiding body (20), and a bonding connection is produced.

  • Publication number: 20170009389
Abstract: A sewing needle is used in a sewing machine. The sewing needle has a working portion with a needle eye and a region which tapers into a needle tip. The needle eye passes through a needle body in a transverse direction perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of the needle body. A twist groove is recessed in a front face of the needle body relative to the outer contour of the needle body, the twist groove extending in the direction of the needle tip from the needle eye. The twist groove is formed by a thread groove. The twist groove is preferably symmetrical relative to a first longitudinal central plane spanned by the longitudinal axis and the transverse direction. The thread groove has a groove portion adjacent to the needle eye and two end portions, each having a thread groove opening, remote from the needle eye.

  • Patent number: 9533426
Abstract: For precise alignment of the punch stamps relative to the cutting plates, the respective punch stamp is supported in a floating manner, i.e., in a transversely movable manner, on the head plate associated with the punch stamp. The alignment of the cutting edges of the punch stamp with respect to the cutting edges of the cutting plate is accomplished by at least one stamp guide arrangement that is directly active between the punch stamp and the cutting plate and effects precise relative positioning in a direction transverse to the active cutting edges. The centering elements may extend from the punch stamp through the matrix or cutting plate. Alternatively, the centering elements may extend from the cutting plate through the openings of the punch stamp or extend along sliding or positioning surfaces of the punch stamp.
