Abstract: A nonvolatile memory device having multi-level resistance and capacitance values is provided. Such a nonvolatile memory device includes: a substrate; a first electrode that is provided on the substrate; a dielectric layer that is provided on the first electrode, has resistance and capacitance changed by a tunneling conduction phenomenon of charges according to an applied voltage, has rectifying characteristics, and includes a dielectric material; an active layer that is provided on the dielectric layer, has resistance and capacitance changed according to an applied voltage, and includes a graphene oxide complex; and a second electrode that is provided on the active layer. In addition, the nonvolatile memory device has multi-level resistance and capacitance values according to an applied voltage.

Abstract: A compressive sensing image sensor includes: a pixel array; and a readout circuit configured to receive pixel data on a shot image in an analogue form, and to process the pixel data, wherein the pixel array includes a plurality of blocks each having a plurality of pixels and arranged in an array form, wherein the circuit includes: a compressive sensing multiplexer to which a plurality of pixel data outputted from a corresponding block from among the plurality of blocks are inputted; an LFSR configured to arbitrarily select at least one pixel data from the plurality of pixel data inputted to the compressive sensing multiplexer; and a delta-sigma ADC configured to receive the at least one pixel data selected by the LFSR, to delta-sigma modulate the received at least one pixel data, and to generate compressive sensing data for restoring an image of the corresponding block from among the shot images.

Abstract: Disclosed are a one-pot biosensor and an immunoassay method using the same. The one-pot biosensor includes a photocatalyst substrate deposited with metal nanoparticles; and a reaction pad which is disposed on an upper surface of the photocatalyst substrate and includes a first binding material-fluorescent material complex specifically binding to a molecule to be detected, and the immunoassay method using the same. The one-pot biosensor may detect a target by once solution injection and has a size enough to be portable. Accordingly, since the one-pot biosensor can detect the target by only once solution injection without a washing step, because of a sensor platform capable of being easily used by an individual other than a diagnostic expert, it is predicted to be positioned as a means capable of confirming the health condition of the individual without seeing the doctor, such as a pregnancy diagnostic kit which has been currently commercialized.

Abstract: A first electronic device according to various embodiments may select one of a plurality of representation matrices and one of a plurality of measurement matrices on the basis of a pattern and/or feature of data received from a sensor. The selection of the representation matrix and the measurement matrix may be performed on the basis of machine learning. Based on the selected representation matrix and measurement matrix, the first electronic device may adaptively compress at least a portion of the data. A second electronic device according to various embodiments may restore compressed data on the basis of the result of selecting the representation matrix and the measurement matrix. By dynamically selecting the representation matrix and the measurement matrix on the basis of machine learning, it is possible to reduce an error in the data restored by the second electronic device (e.g., a restoration error).
