Abstract: In summary there is provided in one embodiment a grill liner for placement on top of a cooking grate and used to cook food placed thereon. The grill liner includes a plurality of holes to help allow heat to move through the grill liner. The grill liner further includes at least one flap that is secured to a portion of the grill liner through a frangible bridge, point, or line of weakness. The frangible bridge when broken permits the flap to bend downwardly. The grill liner when placed on the cooking grate may then have its one or more flaps bent downwardly through bars such that the grill liner movement across the cooking grate can be limited.
Abstract: A shelf assembly for use with a display rack is provided. The display rack has two lateral posts, each of which has a plurality of vertically spaced openings. The shelf assembly includes a shelf, a pair of braces and a clip corresponding to each brace. The braces and clips are capable of supporting the shelf at a predetermined height above the uppermost vertical spaced opening in the lateral post such that the shelf assembly is able to display articles higher than typical shelf assemblies. The braces may also be lowered such that the braces overlaps the shelving structure below thereto.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a shelf assembly for use with a display rack. The display rack has two lateral posts, each of which has a plurality of vertically spaced openings. The shelf assembly includes a shelf, a pair of braces, and a clip corresponding to each brace. An important aspect of the present invention is that the braces and clips are capable of supporting the shelf at a predetermined height above the uppermost vertical spaced opening in the lateral post. This permits the shelf assembly to display articles higher than typical shelf assemblies. Another aspect of the present invention permits the brace to be lowered such that the brace overlaps the shelving structure below thereto, where the lower shelving structure is from the prior art.

Abstract: This invention relates to an interchangeable disposable pan/cover having a continuous wall and a rim surrounding the pan/cover. The wall is preferably inclined and the rim is divided into two substantially equal first rim and second rim sections. The first rim section has a rolled-over bead formed at the outer end thereof. The end of the second rim section has a bead accommodating indent. The bead accommodating indent is sized so that when the bead of the first rim section rests in the bead accommodation indent, the lower surface of the first rim section abuts the upper surface of the second rim section. To have a pair of the interchangeable disposable pan/covers easily joined, each pan/cover has an orientation and closing flange extending upwardly from the outer end of the second rim section and extending substantially perpendicular to the base wall.
