Abstract: A floor washing machine includes a handle assembly; a control unit provided at the handle assembly; a power supply unit electrically connected to the control unit; a rod assembly connected to the handle assembly; a base assembly connected to a lower portion of the rod assembly; a sweeping/scrubbing assembly provided at the base assembly and having a motor controlled by the control unit and a scrubbing roller to be driven into forward or reverse rotation by the motor; and a water supply assembly having a water outlet pipe, wherein the water outlet pipe has a water outlet opening and can be rotated in order to point the water outlet opening to a forward-of-roller direction or a rearward-of-roller direction of the sweeping/scrubbing assembly.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pulley device, a sliding door, and a sliding window. The pulley device includes: a pulley component including a pulley; a connecting component including a rocker, one end of the rocker being rotatably connected to the pulley component; and a housing including a bottom plate and two side plates. The two side plates are fixed to two opposed sides of the bottom plate, respectively, so that the bottom plate and the side plates jointly define a receiving cavity configured to receive the pulley component and the connecting component. A surface of the side plate facing the receiving cavity defines a receiving groove along a length direction of the side plate, and the other end of the rocker is received in the receiving groove and is capable of sliding along the receiving groove.

Abstract: This invention discloses a door opener, comprising a shell consisting of an upper cover plate (1) and a lower cover plate (2). The key is that a pushing device for pushing the door to rotate is provided in the shell. An end of a driving device, which has one or more springs, can drive, via a rotating member (3), the pushing device to rotate. A locking/releasing device, which cooperates with the driving device, is provided at the other end of the driving device. The structure of this invention is unique. It allows the door to be conveniently opened and will not cause any possible harm to the users.

Abstract: A smoothly adjustable artboard comprises: a base configured for fixing, an adjusting bracket configured to adjust the height and angle of the artboard, and a painting plate configured to place drawing paper, and the adjusting bracket is arranged between the base and the painting plate, wherein the adjusting bracket includes a connecting seat, a connecting bracket, a force applying mechanism, a cam member, a roller and a one-way limiting mechanism, the roller is rotatably arranged on the connecting bracket and is located at one end close to the base, and one end of the force applying mechanism is connected with the connecting seat, and the other end of the force applying mechanism is connected with the cam member, wherein a curved surface of the cam member is configured to press against the roller under the pushing action of the force applying mechanism.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to overhead doors and overhead door operation. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to a direct drive counter balancing system for operating overhead doors. In some examples, the direct drive counter balancing system of the present disclosure is for overhead door systems used in segmented door arrangements for box trucks.

The plier head includes a left plier head and a right plier head, a left accessory and a right accessory matched with each other. The left accessory is detachably connected to the left plier head, the right accessory is detachably connected to the right plier head, and the right accessory and the left accessory cooperate with each other to form at least one cavity. At least two use states include a first state and a second state. When the plier head is in the first state or the second state, a position of the at least one cavity can be changed.

Abstract: A swinging door assembly includes a frame mount, a door panel, and a pivot assembly operably connecting the door panel to the frame mount such that the door panel is pivotable in two opposite directions from a closed position to first and second opened positions. When the door panel is pivoted in the first direction by an angle less than a threshold angle, or is pivoted in the second direction by an angle less than the threshold angle, the door panel is biased toward the closed position by virtue of a weight of the door panel, and when the door panel is pivoted in the first direction by an angle greater than or equal to the threshold angle, or is pivoted in the second direction by an angle greater than or equal to the threshold angle, the door panel is no longer biased toward the closed position.

Abstract: A three-dimensional heat transfer device includes a first thermally conductive casing, a second thermally conductive casing, a first capillary structure, a second capillary structure and a heat pipe. The second thermally conductive casing has a through hole. The second thermally conductive casing is mounted on the first thermally conductive casing so as to form a liquid-tight chamber. The first capillary structure is disposed on the first thermally conductive casing. The second capillary structure is disposed on the first thermally conductive casing. Projections of the first capillary structure and the second capillary structure on the outer surface and an extension surface of the outer surface are located in an extent of the outer surface, and the second capillary structure is located closer to the second thermally conductive casing than the second capillary structure. The heat pipe is disposed through the through hole and in contact with the second capillary structure.

Abstract: A sash limiter assembly for limiting the distance a casement window can be opened. In a jamb mounted version, the limiter is mounted in one constant location on the jamb rather than multiple locations on the sill which results in the opening distance being essentially the same for all window widths and all hinge types. In both the jamb mounted version and a sill mounted version, a hexalobular or other security screw can be used to retain a limiting arm to a stud attached to a bracket, or a stud attached to a slider which slides on a track to inhibit unauthorized removal of the limiter arm.

Abstract: A system and method for waterproofing the interface between a base shoe and a panel is provided. The system includes a weather seal adapted to extend between an inner side wall of the base shoe and an adjacent surface of the panel to seal the gap therebetween. The system includes an elongate groove formed in the inner side wall at a downward offset angle and including a groove entrance that is accessible from directly above. The weather seal includes a foot adapted to be received into the elongate groove when the seal is configured to seal the gap. In this way, the seal may be installed from above and the seal's foot may be pressed into the groove via the groove entrance to secure the seal in place.

Abstract: A door holder and release assembly that is adjustable to account for different differences between the door and where the door holder and release assembly will be installed (e.g., a wall, the floor, another support location). The door holder herein has a base member, a holder member, and a connector. The base member may be configured for operative coupling with a wall or a door. The holder member may be configured for operative coupling with a release assembly on the wall or the door opposite the base member. Moreover, the holder member may be configured to be telescopically operatively coupled with the base member through the connector to position the holder member at varied distances from base member to allow for the accommodation of varying distances between a wall and the door, as well as for minor adjustments that a user may want to make.
