Abstract: A mounting device functions to support a connection process of at least one module of a modular circuit board connector to at least one connection element. The mounting device comprises at least one base plate and at least one tongue arranged essentially perpendicular on the base plate and running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the base plate. The tongue is at least partially designed to received the at least one module.
Abstract: A plug connector module (1, 1?) for a modular industrial plug connector has a base body (2, 2?), a holding plate (3, 3?) and at least one contact element (4). The at least one contact element (4) has a contact region (4a, 4a?) and a cable connection region (4b, 4b?) and is held by the holding plate (3, 3?) in the plug connector module (1, 1?). The base body (2, 2?) has at least one cylindrical opening (11) for receiving the contact region (4a, 4a?) of the at least one contact element (4, 4?). The holding plate (3, 3?) has at least one cylindrical opening (10) for receiving the cable connection region (4b, 4b?) of the at least one contact element (4, 4?).
Abstract: A heavy-duty plug-in connector has a ground terminal that can be conveniently assembled and can comprise the greatest possible number of electrical crimp plug-in contacts (4,5). For this purpose, ground plug-in contacts (4?, 5?), likewise of a crimping configuration, are fitted in formations (13, 13?, 23, 23?) of the contact carriers (1, 2) for electrical contacting with metallic protective earthing elements (3, 3?, 3?, 3??). For said contacting, the formations (13, 13?, 23, 23?) have a respective opening (130, 130?) or passage (230, 230?). In the formations (13, 13?, 23, 23?), not only ground plug-in contacts (4?, 5?) but also further plug-in contacts (4, 5) are arranged, so that the number of plug-in contacts (4, 5) of the plug-in connector is increased considerably.
Abstract: A high-current electrical connector (1) is codable for use with a certain mating electrical connector and flexibly and comfortably adaptable to the conditions of a tight installation space in which the high-current electrical connector is used. The insulating body (14) of the high-current electrical connector is retained on the pin contact (11) such that said insulating body can be rotated about the pin axis (S). Thus, the mating electrical connector (4) connected thereto, coded therefor and aligned therewith can be rotatably retained such that the angled cable outlet (42) of the mating electrical connector can be flexibly oriented within the installation space as required.
Abstract: Plug connections and in particular plug connections for use in an industrial environment are presented. An attachment housing arrangement has an attachment housing for accommodating a hood of a plug connector with plug contacts and a mechanical locking arrangement for mechanically locking the hood on the attachment housing. Also presented is a method for unlocking a mechanical locking of a hood of a plug connector with plug contacts on an attachment housing of an attachment housing arrangement. The attachment housing arrangement is provided with a fixing arrangement for fixing the mechanical locking arrangement at least in a locking state, and with a control unit for controlling the fixing arrangement, the control unit being configured to control the fixing arrangement so as to release a fixing of the locking arrangement only when the plug contacts are free of current and free of voltage within predefined tolerances.
Abstract: A contact carrier retains a crimp contact inserted therein at a central collar of the crimp contact in a particularly stable manner and at the same time absorb the highest possible plugging forces. The contact carrier has an insulating body and a retaining plate, which can be mounted thereon on the connection side. Furthermore, the contact carrier has at least one detent element, which, in the unassembled state, can assumed both a position locking the plug contact and a position releasing the plug contact. The detent element is part of the insulating body. The retaining plate also has at least one blocking element, which, in the assembled state, fixes the detent element in the position thereof locking the plug contact and thus prevents the transition of the detent element from the locking position into the releasing position.
