Abstract: The invention relates to a probe card structure, which comprises printed circuit board structure with a first through hole, a center stiffener with a second through hole, a first probe head module with a first through hole set and a plurality of first probe pins, and a second probe head module provided with a plurality of second probe pins. The first probe head module and the second probe head module are respectively arranged on a lower surface and an upper surface of the printed circuit board structure, wherein those first probe pins are set on a periphery of an opening of the first through hole set; and a portion of the second probe head module penetrating the first through hole, the second through hole, and the first through hole set. The first and second probe head module integrated together can be utilized for 3D IC testing.
Abstract: Tissue is treated using a radiofrequency power supply connected to an applicator having a chamber filled with an electrically non-conductive gas surrounded by a thin dielectric wall. A radiofrequency voltage is applied at a level sufficient to ionize the gas into a plasma and to capacitively couple the ionized plasma with the tissue to deliver radiofrequency current to ablate or otherwise treat the tissue.
Abstract: A chemical vapor deposition apparatus comprises a ballast gas source and a mass flow controller, wherein the ballast gas source is arranged at an upstream side of a separating device, and the pressure in a reaction chamber is controlled by a flow rate of the ballast gas. Since the space between the reaction chamber and the node connected with the ballast gas source is small, a pressure response of the reaction chamber can be speeded up.
Abstract: A sealing disc for a closure cap for containers, especially bottle closures for liquids fermented with yeast, consists of a plurality of layers (1, 2, 3, 4). One of these layers (4) comprises an active especially metallic substance in layered or particulate form which binds sulphur compounds in order to reduce the formation of sulphide odours after the bottle has been filled.
Abstract: A container has a container wall, a mouth for filling with and removing a product, in particular a free-flowing or pourable product, in the interior of the container and a closure for the mouth of the container as well as a disc seal in the closure. The disc seal is provided with pigments, which can be detected by means of a sensor.
Abstract: A multi-beam apparatus for observing a sample with high resolution and high throughput and in flexibly varying observing conditions is proposed. The apparatus uses a movable collimating lens to flexibly vary the currents of the plural probe spots without influencing the intervals thereof, a new source-conversion unit to form the plural images of the single electron source and compensate off-axis aberrations of the plural probe spots with respect to observing conditions, and a pre-beamlet-forming means to reduce the strong Coulomb effect due to the primary-electron beam.
Abstract: An electrosurgical device comprises an elongated shaft having an axis with an interior channel extending along the axis to an opening in a distal end of the shaft. The channel is configured to be coupled to a negative pressure source, and an electrode with a conductive, usually hook-shaped, distal portion is coupled to the shaft and moveable between a first position in which a distal tip of the electrode is disposed proximate to a periphery of the opening of and a second position in which the distal electrode tip is exposed and spaced apart from the opening.
