Abstract: A method for temporarily releasing a screw anchorage includes unscrewing and removing a primary screw having a thread that is tappingly engaged in a mating thread in an ungrouted hole in a mineral substrate from the ungrouted hole. Subsequently to the unscrewing and removing, a retrofitting screw is screwed into the hole to form an annular gap between the retrofitting screw and the mineral substrate. A hardenable grout is placed in the annular gap and the hardenable grout is hardened in the annular gap.

Abstract: A method of producing a machining segment, in which a green body (51) is constructed from a machining zone (54), wherein the machining zone (54) is produced from a first metallic powder material (56) and hard material particles (58), the green body (51) is compacted under pressure with a compression pressure to result in a compact body and the compact body is sintered thermally at a sintering temperature to result in the finished machining segment, wherein the machining zone (54) is produced by layer-by-layer application of material layers of the first metallic powder material (56) and particle layers of the hard material particles (58), wherein the hard material particles (58) in one particle layer are placed into the previously applied material layer of the first metallic powder material (56).

Abstract: A dispenser for compound-containing containers includes a receiving chamber for a container; at least one push rod displaceable relative to the receiving chamber; a motor for moving the at least one push rod; a control unit for controlling the motor; a main switch for activating the motor; an operation selection switch for switching between different operation modes; and a first sensor configured to detect a position or movement of the push rod. The operation selection switch is configured to select an amount of the compound to be dispensed in one application run. The dispenser will warn the user once the remaining amount of the compound in the container is less than the needed amount for next application, so that the user will notice the compound shortage and prepare an additional container before starting the next application. Accordingly, rework of cured chemical compounds will be avoided.

The multi-component inorganic capsule anchoring system contains a curable powdery Portland cement clinker-based component A and an initiator component B in aqueous-phase for initiating the curing process. The powdery Portland cement clinker-based component A further contains a sulfate agent. The initiator component B contains water and optionally, a plasticizer.

The method then involves providing a second web, and merging and joining the first web to the second web via the adhesive strips to form a multilayer web. A corresponding sealing profile is produced in this way.

A method can be utilized for chemical fastening of an anchor, such as metal anchors and post-installed reinforcing bars, in mineral substrates, such as structures made of brickwork, concrete, pervious concrete, or natural stone.

Abstract: A curing agent composition based on diaminomethylcyclohexane and 1,3-cyclohexanebis(methylamine) can be used in an epoxy resin composition for chemical fastening of structural elements. A corresponding epoxy resin composition and multi-component epoxy resin system can contain the curing agent composition. A method can be used for chemical fastening of structural elements in boreholes with the epoxy resin composition or the multi-component epoxy resin system.
