    Abstract: A coupling arrangement having a rotational axis, about which the coupling arrangement can rotate, having: a first coupling element with an axially-extending flat-side spur toothing system having radially extending first teeth, a second coupling element with an axially-extending flat-side corresponding toothing system which engages axially into the spur toothing system and has radially-extending second teeth, and at least one means for bracing the first coupling element axially with the second coupling element, which coupling elements are fixedly connected fixedly to one another to rotate together about the rotational axis via the toothing systems to transmit torque.     Abstract: A method for producing a workpiece from an elongated blank or intermediate product. The workpiece geometry is formed in a first method step, for example by forging the blank or intermediate product, a centering region for subsequent machining of the workpiece between centers being introduced in two oppositely situated sides of the workpiece with reference to the longitudinal axis thereof, and at least one of the centering regions having a desired deformation face. The workpiece is calibrated in a second method step, the desired deformation face being adapted in such a manner that the distance between the contact faces of the centering regions for the machining between centers being adjusted to a predetermined desired measurement. The invention also includes a corresponding workpiece with centering regions, at least one of which has at least one desired deformation face.

    Abstract: A blank of a machine component comprising teeth, and a method of producing a corresponding machine component. The blank has a surface provided to constitute outside-face end regions of the teeth, and has indentations, which are preferably realized by a forming operation, boundaries of the indentations constituting edge regions of the surface. In the alteration of the blank for the purpose of realizing the machine component, the teeth can be realized in such a way that remaining regions of the indentations constitute chamfers of tooth flanks of the teeth. Burr strands, which would have to be removed in a further operation, can thereby be prevented.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a rotor that exhibits a rotor shaft, by which a rotor axis is defined, and also a core stack that is arranged around the rotor shaft along a longitudinal portion of the rotor axis. Along the longitudinal portion the rotor shaft exhibits a first surface region, the shape of which describes a circular cylinder, and also a second surface region which is constituted by structural elements that with respect to the rotor axis rise radially outwardly above the first surface region. For the purpose of producing the rotor, the core stack can be pushed over the rotor shaft and in the process can be pushed against the structural elements) in such a manner that it is deformed and by this means a positive connection between the rotor shaft and the core stack is generated. In this way, in particularly simple manner in terms of production engineering a reliable and torsion-proof connection between the core stack and the rotor shaft can be formed.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing the outer part of a constant velocity joint, the outer part having in the finished condition a hollow chamber with a cylinder-shaped inner wall, in which there are provided ball raceways (1c) which run obliquely of the cylinder axis and are inclined with respect to one another. First, a wobble press die (4) is axially introduced into a goblet-shaped preliminary workpiece (1a) for the outer part having a conically developing inner and outer wall and pre-formed ball raceways (1c) in the inner wall. The preliminary workpiece (1a) is pressed (drawing process) by means of the wobble press die (4), sitting on the floor of the hollow chamber, through an opening in an outer die (2), so that a drawing process is carried out in which the preliminary workpiece (1a) is so cold formed that the inner wall of the hollow chamber is given a cylindrical shape.

Further described are a device for effecting the method and a shift gearwheel (1), which may be manufactured by the method. The latter is notable for the fact that the flanks (23, 24) of the shift teeth (5) upon completion of the manufacturing method are concave so as to produce an undercut.
