    Abstract: Provided are: a method for manufacturing a Ni-based heat-resistant superalloy wire having excellent bending workability; and a Ni-based heat-resistant superalloy wire. The method for manufacturing a Ni-based heat-resistant superalloy wire comprises a rod preparation step for preparing a Ni-based heat-resistant superalloy rod; and a rod processing step in which plastic working having a working rate of 40% or less is repeated several times toward the axis from the circumferential surface of the rod at a temperature of 500° C. or lower until the cumulative working rate reaches 60% or more to reduce the cross-sectional area of the rod. A Ni-based heat-resistant superalloy wire obtained by the manufacturing method has a plastic worked or recrystallized microstructure.

An estimated parasitic flow signal is generated using the pressure measurement signal, and the flow sensor signal is accelerated to produce an accelerated flow sensor signal with a bandwidth that is comparable to that of the estimated parasitic flow signal. A corrected flow signal is generated using the accelerated flow sensor signal and the estimated parasitic flow signal to control the mass flow controller.

The particle size of the particle size-adjusted powder is set so that, when powder particles are placed on the entire surface of the magnet to form a single particle layer, the amount of element RH in the particle size-adjusted powder is in a range from 0.6 to 1.5% with respect to the magnet by mass ratio.

The alloy powder is a powder produced by atomization.

The capacitance value of the element unit is controlled by the voltage from the feedback unit so as to reduce the phase difference between the resonant frequency and the standard frequency, and a gas concentration detection output is output based on the phase difference.
