    Abstract: A muscle tone assessment device includes a pedal, a front force sensor and a back force sensor arranged at the pedal, and a controller connected to the sensors. The controller obtains a front force standard deviation, a back force standard deviation, a front force deviation and a back force deviation from the sensing results, and obtains a first and a second threshold value from the front force standard deviation and the back force standard deviation. The front force standard deviation and the back force standard deviation are the standard deviations of the front force signal and the back force signal within a first time interval. The front force deviation and the back force deviation represent the deviation of the front force signal and the back force signal in a second time interval. In addition, the present invention further provides a muscle tone assessment method.

The first and second pushing units oppositely provided on the housing provide the brush a first and a second pushing forces in opposite directions to resist the lateral thrust generated by friction between the brush and the rotary disk of the rotary table, thereby greatly reducing the vibration, shaking, slipping, line contact and other conditions of the brush caused by high-speed rotation of the rotary disk, avoiding damaging the peripheral surface of the rotary disk, and maintaining good electrical contact between the brush and the rotary disk.

When one of the plurality of monitoring circuits does not receive the corresponding unlocking signal, the brake release monitoring device notifies the control device that the operation instruction is not allowed.

The hollow portion is abutted between the retaining portion and the main body for allowing a part of the retaining portion to be elastically deformed when the retaining portion is compressed by an external force. Therefore, when balls are assembled, the retainer of the present invention uses the partial elastic deformation of the retaining portion to avoid damage caused by directly collided with the balls, thereby enhancing convenience of installing and removing the balls. In addition, the hollow portion can be used to save lubricating oil for achieving the effect of extended lubrication.

    Abstract: A normally closed disc clamp system includes a housing with a rotating disc, a brake ring and a pressure-enhancing ring arranged therein. When only a first chamber is supplied with fluid, the fluid pushes the brake ring to release the rotating disc. When only a second chamber is fed with fluid, the fluid pushes the brake ring to keep the rotating disc in the braking state, and pushes the pressure-enhancing ring to compress an elastic unit. The energy generated by the compression of the elastic unit acts on the brake ring through the fluid, so that the brake ring achieves a double pressurization effect. If the action of the fluid fails, the brake ring can still provide a braking effect to the rotating disc through the elastic unit to improve operational safety. Further, the present invention further provides a rotating table using the normally closed disc clamp system.
