The therapeutic pack comprises a fabric bag, such as taffeta or a spandex material, and a plurality of therapeutic modules within the bag. In one example, the bag is tubular. In another example, the bag including structurally restrict free movement of the plurality of the therapeutic modules from one section of the bag to another section of the bag. However, the therapeutic modules may be capable of freely moving within the bag relative to one another. The therapeutic modules may include a material that repeatedly provides a prolonged cooling or heating, such as a phase change material, within a durable, impermeable shell, such as a polyethylene shell.
