Abstract: A dynamic object monitoring method including, setting types of monitored zones of a monitored region in a video frame captured by a network camera and setting device parameters and sensitivity values corresponding to each of the monitored zones. Analyzing the predicted macro blocks of a current shooting frame retrieved by the network camera according to the prediction mode of the MPEG-4 encoding algorithm. Counting a number of the predicted macro blocks of each of the monitored zones. Determining whether a number of predicted macro blocks of a monitored zone is equal to or greater than a corresponding preset value. A monitored zone is determined where a dynamic object is located. The device parameters of the network camera as device parameters of the monitored zone are adjusted where the dynamic object is located for recording.

The first portion, the second portion and the third portion are connected to respective external components. The first coupling portion and the third coupling portion are micro-strips symmetrical to the first portion. The second coupling portion and the fourth coupling portion are micro-strips symmetrically connected to two terminals of the resistor.

Abstract: A method for two-way video communication between devices is executable by a multi-media device. The multi-media device obtains configuration information of hardware of all devices. The multi-media device obtains first voice data and first image data from a first device, transforms the first voice data and the first image data into second voice data and second image data recognizable by other remote communication devices. A multi-media device without microphone and camera can achieve video communications between local and remote communication devices.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a power supply device including an input connector, a direct current (DC) processing unit, and an alternating current (AC) processing unit. The input connector obtains an AC power from an AC power supply and transmits the AC power to the DC processing unit and AC processing unit. The DC processing unit converts the AC power to a DC power, and converts the DC power to a plurality of DC voltages. The AC processing unit converts the AC power provided by the power supply to a plurality of AC voltages. An electronic device including the power supply device is also provided.

Abstract: A program loading system effective for several different types of motherboard includes a first storage module, a first control module, first switch module, and a type module. The first control module is coupled between the first storage module and the first switch module. The first switch module is coupled between the first switch module and the type module. When a program stored in the first storage module is needed to be loaded, the first switch module is turned on. The type module outputs a motherboard type signal to the first control module through the first switch module. The first control module loads the program selectively according to the type signal received.

Abstract: A fan control circuit includes a power supply module, a timing circuit, and a switching circuit. The switching circuit is coupled to the timing circuit and is configured to couple to a fan module. The power supply module is coupled to the switching circuit and is capable of supplying power to the fan module via the switching circuit. The timing circuit is configured to output a first control signal to the switching circuit after receiving an input starting signal. The switching circuit is configured to deactivate after receiving the first control signal, thereby enabling the power supply module to stop supplying power to the fan module.

Abstract: A method for control of video output applied to multiple available video sources, the method being executed by a user terminal having a touch-sensitive display which comprises a plurality of sub-regions for displaying contents from multi-channel video sources. The sub-regions comprise at least a first sub-region and a second sub-region. A touch operation on the touch-sensitive display is detected and includes a sliding operation. Contents of the first sub-region and contents of the second sub-region are exchanged according to start position and end position of the sliding operation. Users are able to control the output layouts of the contents from the multi-channel video sources by operating the user terminal according to individual needs.

The first elastic piece retracts to enable the supporting frame to rotate. The controlling member can slide to detach the second magnetic piece from the first magnetic piece, and the first elastic piece retracts to allow an upward rotation of the supporting frame thereby changing height of the display.

Abstract: A backboard applied in an electronic device includes a storage extended chip, a serial attached small computer system interface (SAS) hard disk drive (HDD) connector, a convertor, a first election unit, and a second election unit. An input pin of the convertor is coupled to a plurality of input pins of the SAS HDD, to receive the data signal from the SAS HDD connector. The first election unit is coupled to a first ground pin of the SAS HDD connector, enable pins of the convertor and the storage extended chip. The second election unit is coupled to the first ground pin of the SAS HDD connector and an enable pin of the storage extended chip. When the SAS HDD connector is coupled to a SATA HDD or a SAS HDD, the storage extended chip operates and receives a SAS signal from the SAS HDD connector.
