    Abstract: A power semiconductor module, a motor driver and a method for manufacturing a power semiconductor module. A thermal conductive layer is disposed between a heat sink and a power semiconductor package, where the thermal conductive layer is a thermal conductive material having metal bonding wires on a surface, or is a solid-state thermal conductive layer formed by curable silicone grease, so that both the power semiconductor package and the heat sink are combined with the thermal conductive layer to form the power semiconductor module, thereby reducing a risk of damage caused by stress generated by the power semiconductor module in a process of assembling the entire motor driver. This implements helium inspection of the power semiconductor module in advance, improves a qualification rate of secondary processing of the entire motor driver.

    Abstract: This application provides a charging module and a charging system. The charging system includes a charging module. In this way, after receiving, through the photovoltaic interface, electrical energy converted from solar energy, the charging module does not need to cooperate with an on-board charger (OBC), but uses the DC/DC charging component to charge the EV with a direct current. The charging module provided in this application is not limited by a charging power of the OBC when charging the EV, thereby increasing an actual power for charging the EV and a charging speed.

    Abstract: An islanding detection method includes: an alternating current frequency of an inverter is monitored. The alternating current frequency fluctuates within a preset range when in a normal mode. When a frequency in first frequency data within a first preset time period is greater than or less than only the first frequency, an alternating current frequency detected when the first preset time period ends is a second frequency. When a frequency in second frequency data within a second preset time period is greater than or less than only the second frequency, it may be indicated in time that islanding occurs in the inverter, and an islanding status is reported.
