Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for transmitting data. In the embodiments of the present invention, whether to send blocking information used to block low priority data sent by an upper layer is determined through monitoring a delay of data during transmission, so as to prevent data overflow in a retransmission buffer of the sending end, thus achieving higher INP protection for the low priority data. Meanwhile, only the low priority data is blocked at this time, therefore, a sending end may further continue receiving high priority data, and mark the high priority data with a flag indicating retransmission is not needed when encapsulating the high priority data, so that a receiving end does not apply for retransmission of the high priority data when receiving the high priority data, thus ensuring the short delay requirement of the high priority data.

Abstract: A method, a terminal, an apparatus, and a system for device management (DM) are provided. Specifically, a DM terminal, a DM apparatus, method for managing the terminal device are provided. The method for managing the terminal device includes the following steps: adding, by a DM terminal device, amanagement nodes in a DM tree of the DM terminal device; and recording, by the DM terminal device, MOs types supported by the DM terminal device in the management nodes added in the DM tree of the DM terminal device. Therefore, the problem that the server does not know the DM applications supported by the terminal, and in the method, a specific management operation is delivered to make the management of the server more flexible and effective.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for security algorithm selection processing, a network entity, and a communication system. The method includes: receiving a service request message sent by user equipment; and according to a security protection requirement of the service request message, selecting a security algorithm from a security algorithm list supported by both the user equipment and a network entity, where security algorithm lists supported by the user equipment and/or the network entity are set separately based on different security protection requirements, or security algorithm lists supported by the user equipment and the network entity are used for indicating security capability of the user equipment and the network entity respectively.

Abstract: A patching mechanism in a multi-core environment that includes sending an inter-core non-maskable interrupt to each target Virtual Central Processing Unit (CPU) (VCPU) in a target VCPU group, which share a code segment, so that said each target VCPU enters a patch synchronization state in response to the inter-core non-maskable interrupt. Thereafter, the patch synchronization state of said each target VCPU is monitored, and after all the target VCPUs have entered the patch synchronization state, embodiments modify a first instruction of an original function to be patched of said each target VCPU into an abnormal instruction, and outputting a patch synchronization state end notification to all the target VCPUs, so that the original function to be patched is enabled to jump to a new patch function in an exception handling process.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of video transmission, and discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for forwarding video data. A network device receives and buffers a media stream, resolves the buffered media stream, obtains Transport Stream (TS) packets in the media stream, and evaluates and identifies a visual sensitivity priority of each TS packet; discards a TS packet of low visual sensitivity, and re-capsulates a TS packet of high visual sensitivity into a new media stream; and sends the re-encapsulated new media stream to a user equipment. The network device is enabled to discard the TS packet of low visual sensitivity in the media stream, which reduces duration of a fast channel change.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and system for advertising a routing protocol message and calculating a route are provided which solve the problems that the time of connection establishment or rerouting in wavelength routing is too long and that wavelength utilization efficiency is low. The method for advertising the routing protocol message includes: obtaining node information and link information of a node, in which the node information contains port cross-connection capability information of the node, and the link information contains wavelength restriction information and wavelength status information of each link connected to the node; carrying the obtained node information and link information in a Type-Length-Value object of a routing protocol message, and advertising the routing protocol message in the network.

For instance, one embodiment allows a terminal of a recommendation receiver to receive a recommendation message sent by a terminal of a recommendation originator, wherein the recommendation message includes a program identity (ID), an ID of a part of program stream recommended by the recommendation originator, or both. Further, an instruction message for instructing a media function (MF) server to deliver the part of program stream of the program is sent according to the program ID, the ID of the part of program stream, or both. Thereafter, the part of program stream delivered by the MF is received and played.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, an apparatus and a system for acquiring load information. In one method, a source access controller and a target access controller can interact through inter-Radio Access Technology (RAT) handover related messages so that a source RAT system can acquire load information of a target RAT system when an inter-RAT Packet Switched (PS) handover is performed. This enables load balancing between different RAT systems so as to guarantee communications quality of the systems. In another method of the present invention, the source access controller and the target access controller interact through a Radio Access Network (RAN) Information Management (RIM) based load information request message and an RIM based load information response message, so that the source RAT system can acquire load information of the target RAT system before an inter-RAT PS domain handover is performed.

Abstract: A resource control method, a relevant device, and a relevant system are disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. The resource control method includes: determining another network suitable for a User Equipment (UE) according to resource information requested by the UE when the UE accesses multiple networks using a same Access Point Name (APN) and sends a resource request in a current network, and notifying information about the determined another network to the UE. By using the technical solutions provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a network-side device can properly control resources.

Abstract: A call control method that includes: establishing a circuit-switched call leg with a terminal device; establishing a packet-switched call leg with a second party; and establishing a call connection between the terminal device and the second party by binding the circuit-switched call leg and the packet-switched call leg. A circuit-switched domain adapter and a terminal device are also provided to realize a call control to the circuit-switched terminal device by a packet-switched control platform.

Abstract: A method for monitoring and reporting events by media gateways comprising presetting the events in the media gateways, monitoring the preset events by the media gateways and reporting the monitoring result to a media gateway controller during operation. The events can include: off-hook, on-hook, dialing, hook flash, network fault, quality alarm, and timer timeout, etc. By presetting the events in the media gateways, a system problem of the media gateways not receiving the events issued by the media gateway controller for various reasons can be avoided. The media gateways can automatically monitor and report the preset events after start up, thereby, improving stability of the system.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for encoding a signal and decoding a signal and a system for encoding and decoding are provided. The method for encoding a signal includes performing a classification decision process on high frequency signals of input signals, adaptively encoding the high frequency signals according to the result of the classification decision process, and outputting a bitstream including codes of low frequency signals of the input signals, adaptive codes of the high frequency signals, and the result of the classification decision process. The classification decision process is performed on the high frequency signals, and adaptive encoding or adaptive decoding is performed according to the result of the classification decision process, so the quality of voice and audio output signals is improved.

Abstract: A method and device for protecting Ethernet Tree (E-Tree) services are disclosed. An ID is configured for each branch of the E-Tree. The method includes: determining a branch that needs to perform switching; notifying the ID of the branch that needs to perform switching to a work E-Tree through a root UNI of a protect E-Tree; and switching data over the branch that needs to perform switching from the work E-Tree to the protect E-Tree according to the ID of the branch that needs to perform switching. In the embodiments of the present invention, because an ID is configured for each branch of the E-Tree, the branch corresponding to the ID may be triggered to perform protection switching as required, thus implementing branch switching.

Abstract: A device relating to information processing technologies and including an encoding and decoding method configured to solve the poor decoding quality problem. Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies and discloses a method and an apparatus for performing device management through a gateway device and a Device Management Server (DMS). The method for performing device management through a gateway device includes: receiving a register message which carries a terminal ID and a gateway device address; associating and storing the terminal ID and the gateway device address; obtaining the gateway device address according to the association record; and sending a Device Management (DM) notification message to the gateway device according to the gateway device address so that the gateway device performs corresponding processing according to the DM notification message. With the technical solution of the present invention, a DMS is able to send a DM notification to a user terminal through a gateway device.

Abstract: A method, a system and a device for maintaining user service continuity are provided in an embodiment of the present invention. The method includes prohibiting a UE from accessing a forbidden network before handover is complete when the UE needs to perform network handover if the UE adopts a SIM access technology, thus avoiding service interruption of a SIM user due to access to an incorrect network.
