    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a testing device and a testing system for high-pressure and large-scale gap dynamic sealing performance. The testing device includes a cylinder, first and second plunger rods and a piston rod. A first chamber is formed between an end of the first plunger rod and the cylinder, and a second chamber is formed between an end of the second plunger rod and the cylinder. The first chamber and the second chamber are provided with high-pressure liquid, and the two chambers communicate with each other. When being driven by a driving device, the piston rod drives the first and second plunger rods to reciprocate left and right. A plunger sleeve is disposed outside each of the first and second plunger rods. The plunger sleeve has a leakage port. When the first and second plunger rods reciprocate, the high-pressure liquid in the chambers leaks from the leakage port.

    Abstract: A fast-response direct-current current transformer based on multi-sensor fusion is provided and includes: a magnetic modulator, a current correction module, an excitation transformer, an alternating current detection and filtering circuit, a phase-sensitive demodulation and filtering system, a PI controller, and a power amplifier. The current correction module measures a primary current and obtain a feed-forward signal, outputs a false balance state configured to control a magnetic core to quickly exit or avoid entering magnetic saturation after amplifying the feed-forward signal and a PI control signal, and keeps output of the magnetic modulator stable. The magnetic modulator and Hall current sensors are fused in the disclosure, such that the possibility of failure due to a false balance problem caused by saturation of a magnetic core is reduced. After the false balance is generated, the magnetic core may be controlled to quickly exit a magnetic saturation state through a feed-forward output current.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for removing a cancer tumor stem cell and then further removing a tumor cell and provides an application of a drug molecule and its preparation in tumor treatment or prevention. On the one hand, by inducing the death of immunogenic cells, the anti-tumor immune response is enhanced. On the other hand, indoleamine-2,3-oxygenase is inhibited, immune cells, cytokines, amino acids, etc. are regulated, which improves the niche of cancer stem cells and makes them no longer conducive to the growth of cancer stem cells. The present invention implements improvement by means of the key reaction mechanism of the nanoparticle preparation method and the corresponding design of the finishing process and, compared to the prior art, can effectively solve the problems of the complexity, high cost, and high toxicity of preparing nanoparticles.
