    Abstract: A combined additive manufacturing method applicable to parts and molds relates to moldless-growth manufacturing of parts and molds, which includes steps of: S1: layering and slicing a three-dimensional CAD (computer-aided design) model of a workpiece to be formed according to shape, thickness and dimensional accuracy requirements of the workpiece, so as to obtain a plurality of layered slice data; S2: planning a forming path according to the layered slice data, and generating layered slice numerical control codes for forming; and S3: deposition-forming a powder material on a substrate layer-by-layer and performing pressure forming or milling forming according to the layered slice numerical control codes in the step S2, which uses a numerically controlled high-speed cold spray gun to spray the powder material to a determined position for deposition-forming. The method of the present invention overcomes thermally induced adverse effects of hot processing and drawbacks of cold spray deposition.

    Abstract: A constant temperature air circulation system is provided. Air valves are installed behind two three-way nodes of a main circulation loop and parallel bypasses to adjust a flowing amount of gas of each branch. When a compressor keeps a current state unchanged, a draught fan and air valves do not change. When the compressor needs to be turned on and then to be turned off, an air volume of the draught fan is adjusted, and the flowing amounts of the bypasses and a main circuit are simultaneously adjusted until the air valves that control a flowing amount of an evaporator are all closed and the air valves of the bypasses are all opened. Adjustment of the air valves and state switching of the compressor are made at the same time, so that the flowing amount flowing through a heater to a chamber is ensured to always remain unchanged.

By using the linear antenna array, acquire channel state information of a wireless signal, and estimate an angle of arrival (AoA) and a time of flight (ToF) between the wireless signal transmitting device and the intelligent device. Measure inertial parameters of the intelligent device. Perform data fusion of the AoAs, the ToFs and the inertial parameters to estimate a state variable of the intelligent device. Adjust a motion state of the intelligent device with reference to the state variable, thereby achieving autonomous navigation of the intelligent device. The disclosure can estimate the state of the intelligent device by using wireless signals ubiquitous in the surrounding environment in a GPS unreliable environment.

The hybrid forming system includes an additive forming device, a laser-assisted cold spraying (LACS) device and a workbench. During manufacturing, the additive forming device forms a part to be formed on the workbench layer by layer, and the LACS device performs coating peening treatment on inner and outer surfaces of the part to be formed during the forming process, thereby jointly completing the composite manufacturing of the part to be formed. The present invention makes full use of the rapid prototyping advantage of the short-flow AM process, and integrates the surface coating peening process into the hybrid forming system.

The present disclosure combines a double vector modulation algorithm to improve the modulation accuracy, in which two voltage vectors are used in one cycle, so that the amplitude of the fluctuation can be reduced, thereby improving the running performance of the motor. The addition of the double vector modulation strategy increases the complexity of the algorithm, and the calculation process is too complicated. The present disclosure further proposes a simplified search process instead of the traditional repeated calculation and comparison method, which eliminates the need for a complex online calculation process, thereby simplifying the implementation process of the algorithm in the actual system.
