Abstract: A catalyst for effectively removing NOx by using NH3 as a reducing agent is disclosed. Particularly, a vanadia impregnated onto Ti-PILC (titania-pillared interlayer clay) is disclosed, which is prepared by the generally known technology. More specifically, a V2O5/Ti-PILC catalyst is disclosed, in which NOx contained in the flue gas from an electric power plant and the like (an excessive amount of SO2 being present in the flue gas stream) is reacted with NH3 (which is injected as a reducing agent) over a vanadia impregnated onto a Ti-PILC, so that they can be converted into harmless nitrogen and water. The V2O5/Ti-PILC catalyst is employed for reducing NOx contained in the exhaust gas stream as well as the large amounts of SO2 into nitrogen and water. The catalyst is prepared by pillaring a titania to a clay by a pillaring method.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a polygonal section spar platform for drilling and production, which can raise efficiency in process and production and reduce manufacturing costs by making a section of a drilling and production spar platform in a polygonal shape. The drilling and production spar platform comprises a ballast tank, a spar hull, a mooring fairleader, a trim tank and a fixed ballast, wherein the spar hull, which is an underwater portion of the drilling and production spar platform, has a section being in the form of a polygon. By such spar platform, the present invention can largely increase the manufacturing performance and production and promote a general operational efficiency.

Abstract: A weaver for a welding torch required for executing right and left weaving works of welding torch which has been executed by a welding operator for automating the welding work as an automatic welding apparatus so as to execute both straight weaving and angular weaving.
Abstract: A shielding gas pre-flow time control system for a gas metal arc welder for generating an arc simultaneously with the turning on of a torch switch for directing a torch to a normal position while maintaining a sufficient pre-flow time of shielding gas for more than one (1) second. The gas metal arc welder includes a welding power source, a wire feeding device and a welding torch in which, when the torch switch is firstly turned on, only the shielding gas solenoid valve is activated to cause the shielding gas solenoid valve is actuated to cause the shielding gas to be pre-flowed. When the switch is secondly turned on, during the pre-flow time, the wire feeding device is operated and simultaneously a voltage is applied to the wire being fed and an arc is generated so as to start the welding. When the torch switch is turned off, wire feeding device is stopped, the shielding gas feed is stopped and the welding arc is stopped, all at the same time.
Abstract: The present invention relates to power and free conveyor capable of loading a carrier, and particularly the present invention relates to a power and free conveyor in which a carrier moving is made possible by a power line interrupter without a separate device, a carrier and dog projection preventing device is not needed on a group rail, and particularly, the contact noise generated between the dog and a forcing-up cam is eliminated during the stop of the carrier, so that the working environment should be improved, and that disorders should be reduced.
Abstract: An automatic welding apparatus and an automatic milling apparatus for machining welding grooves in order to weld a three-dimensional surface such as a ball tank or the like are disclosed. A welding wire spool is accommodated within a case and a cover to prevent the welding wire from being oxidized and from being contaminated with foreign materials. The automatic milling apparatus is installed to form welding grooves on the both sides of the objects to be welded, in the case where a welding is performed on a three-dimensional curved surface. A guide roller having a handle is installed to control the machining depth of the grooves, and an idling type nylon guide roller is installed in closed contact with the shaft of a cutter, thereby adjusting the distance between the rail and the groove, and adjusting the deviations of the depth of the grooves, which are caused by the machining inaccuracies due to the deviations of the three-dimensional curvature.
