Abstract: A KVM switch is disclosed. The KVM switch, for connecting between computers and at least one peripheral device, the KVM switch includes a first interface, second interfaces, a controller and device emulators. The controller is configured to receive a peripheral signal and generate a first serial signal and a second serial signal. Each of the device emulators is configured to receive the first serial signal with the a target address and the second serial signal with a second target address, and each of the device emulators is guided by unique address to one of the computers, respectively, wherein, when the device emulators receive the first serial signal and the second serial signal, the device emulators are configured to determine whether to process the first serial signal and the second serial signal by comparing the first target address and the second target address with the unique address.

Abstract: A connecting method includes the following operations: storing a plurality of MAC addresses by a memory of a docking station; determining a first MAC address of the plurality of MAC addresses by a processor of a docking station, wherein the first MAC address is corresponding to a first electronic device of the plurality of electronic device; establishing a BLUETOOTH connection between the first electronic device and the docking station by the processor; establishing a USB connection or Bluetooth connection between the docking station and a computer by the processor; and pairing the computer and the first electronic device through the docking station.

Abstract: A wireless connecting method is disclosed. Abstract: Present disclosure relates to a HID switch with security function that permits sharing of peripherals between multiple computers in a multi-network computer system. The HID switch is configured to connect at least one user input peripheral device and at least two host computers. The HID switch incudes a first directing module and a second directing module, wherein the two directing modules are physically isolated. The passages directed to the two directing modules are controlled by a physical peripheral selector. The physical peripheral selector is configured to selectively enable the first passage and the second passage, wherein only one of the first and second passages is enabled at a time. When one of the first or the second passages is enabled, there is only one host computer is electrically connected to the user input peripheral device via one of the directing modules.

Abstract: Present disclosure relates to a method for managing a docking device and the docking device thereof. The docking device is configured with a processor and at least two coupling ports. The method comprises following steps: electrically coupling a computer and/or at least one peripheral device to the at least two coupling ports respectively; retrieving a plurality of characteristic profiles by the processor, wherein each of the characteristic profiles is retrieved from each of the at least two coupling ports; receiving, by the processor, an input signal from the computer or the at least one peripheral device; and changing the characteristic profiles based on the input signal by the processor.

Abstract: A method for launching software applications of a smartphone through a personal computer connected thereto is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: a) operatably connecting the handheld computer to the personal computer; b) the personal computer acquiring information of used times of applications of the handheld computer; c) converting tops of the most frequently used applications into items in a subwindow of the personal computer; and d) launching one of the applications by clicking an item in the subwindow, wherein the clicked item corresponds to the launched application.
