  • Patent number: 10937602
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method using a bismuth based alloy as power-off element, comprising: a bismuth based alloy is used as the power-off element and a melting point of the bismuth based alloy is between 100° C. to 380° C.; when the power-off element is in an environment below the melting point, two conductive elements are mutually contacted and capable of conducting currents, whereas the power-off element is only receptive of the currents but does not serve as a medium for conducting the currents; when a working temperature of a switch or the socket is close to or exceeds the melting point, the power-off element loses rigidity and enables the two conductive elements to be separated from each other, thereby forming an electrically disconnected state.

  • Patent number: 10824196
Abstract: An input/output expander for a mobile device has a communications module connectible thereto. Output display signals from the mobile device and input signals to the mobile device are relayed between the mobile device and the bi-directional projection unit by the communications module. A display output projector is connected to the communications module, and the output display signal from the mobile device is converted to a first series of light outputs corresponding to the output display signal. The expander has a virtual keyboard projector generating a second series of light outputs corresponding to a virtual keyboard key arrangement. A key input sensor with a sensing coverage area encompassing the virtual keyboard key arrangement detects user input at specific positions thereon. • Patent number: 10802066
Abstract: In a general aspect, an imaging method is presented that includes receiving, at a vapor-cell sensor, input optical signals and electromagnetic radiation from at least a test device to generate an output optical signal. The output optical signal is processed at a single pixel camera to generate camera output data. An image of the electromagnetic radiation is constructed by operation of a computer system based on the camera output data. In some implementations, the single pixel camera includes a patterned light generator and a photodetector. In these implementations, the imaging method includes receiving, at the photodetector, patterned instances of the output optical signal generated by the patterned light generator. Each patterned instance represents a respective portion of the image of the electromagnetic radiation. Moreover, the intensity of each patterned instance may be measured, by operation of at least the photodetector, to generate the camera output data.
