Abstract: Provided are an antenna and a preparation method thereof, a phase shifter, and a communication device. The antenna includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a third electrode, and a photodielectric variable layer. The first electrode and the second electrode are respectively disposed on opposite two sides of the photodielectric variable layer. The first electrode includes a plurality of transmission electrodes, and the plurality of transmission electrodes are configured to transmit an electrical signal. The second electrode is provided with a fixed potential. The third electrode includes a plurality of radiator units, and the plurality of radiator units are configured to send the electrical signal. The antenna further includes at least one light-emitting element configured to emit light irradiated to the photodielectric variable layer to change a dielectric constant of the photodielectric variable layer.

Abstract: An electronic device, a control method thereof, and a wireless power transceiving system are proposed. The electronic device, the control method thereof, and the wireless power transceiving system are provided with a battery and a converter configured to receive wireless power to output the wireless power to a load, and control the power to be supplied to the load through an output of any one of the battery and the converter in response to a power change of a load. Accordingly, stable power may be supplied to the electronic device even with small output wireless power.

Abstract: A method is provided that includes identifying a subject as suffering from a headache or a migraine within a head of the subject, and, in response thereto, applying electrical energy to an arm, a leg, a hand, or a foot of the subject's body by driving electrical pulses into the portion of the subject's body. The electrical pulses are configured such that more than 50 percent of the applied electrical energy stimulates A-beta sensory nerve fibers, and less than 20 percent of the applied electrical energy stimulates any one of A-delta sensory nerve fibers, C sensory nerve fibers, and motor nerve fibers. A semiconductor device of the present invention includes a substrate having a first surface and a second surface, a semiconductor layer formed on the first surface of the substrate, an hBN layer formed on at least one surface of the first surface and the second surface of the substrate, and a heat sink positioned on the second surface of the substrate. A radiation rate of heat generated during driving of an element is increased to decrease a reduction in lifetime of a semiconductor device due to a temperature increase. The semiconductor device has a structure and configuration which are very effective in improving a rapid temperature increase due to heat generated by high-power semiconductor devices.
