  • Patent number: 11902510
Abstract: Video processing methods and apparatuses for coding a current block and a adjacent block comprise receiving input data of the current and adjacent blocks in a current picture, determines the current and adjacent blocks are both coded in a BDPCM or RDPCM mode, performing a deblocking filtering operation on an edge between the current and adjacent blocks by de-activating deblocking filtering for a first color component and activating deblocking filtering for a second color component, and encoding or decoding the current and adjacent blocks. Each current pixel in a BDPCM coded block is predicted by one or more neighboring pixels of the current pixel. RDPCM is applied to process quantized residues of a RDPCM coded block according to a prediction direction of the RDPCM coded block.

Abstract: Methods and systems for enhanced natural language processing of clinical documentation are provided. Using natural language processing, a clinical condition is extracted from unstructured data within a current electronic document. A clinical ontology identifying itemsets associated with the clinical condition is retrieved, and indicators of relevant clinical concepts, as identified from the ontology, are searched from within the patient's longitudinal record, which comprises documentation from at least a prior encounter. Based on the whether the clinical concepts are present in the patent's record, a confidence is assigned to the NLP-extracted clinical condition, and one or more actions may be performed.

  • Patent number: 11891167
Abstract: A teeter flap lock for an aircraft may include at least one pair of diametrically positioned teeter flap lock plates extending from a rotor teetering hinge, spaced apart from a rotor mast of the aircraft. A teeter flap lock block is positioned about the rotor mast and is configured to fit between the teeter flap lock plates and the rotor mast. The teeter flap lock block fits between and contacts the teeter flap lock plates in an engaged position, and is movable between the engaged position and a disengaged position relative to the teeter flap lock plates. The teeter flap lock enables flapping of rotors coupled to the rotor mast via the teetering hinge when the teeter flap lock block is in the disengaged position and disables flapping of the rotors when the teeter flap lock block is in the engaged position.

  • Patent number: 11894127
Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable media are provided for determining conformity to performance of meaningful use measures in human health care delivery. A Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo statistical process is utilized to achieve reliable estimates for such measures despite the small subgroup sample sizes accruing during each measurement period. One embodiment utilizes zero- and one-inflated beta regression that is robust against moderate prevalence of zero or one counts in the numerators for such measurements and determinations of statistical associations with such factors as clinician, care venue, and patient attributes. Based on the determined conformity, a notification is provided to provider clinicians or organization management indicating the conformity and, in some instances, a degree of conformity.

  • Patent number: 11894113
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cloud-based integrated charting system that utilizes a universal mapping service across services and clients to provide insights for the provider into customizations made by clients. Additionally, the system provides content building tools that enable clients to customize content to update models provided by the provider. A mapping service maps model codes corresponding to model concepts to a plurality of standard based concept codes corresponding to client domain specific customized concepts for an ontology of the one or more ontologies. A workflow recommendation is provided that enables a user to chart data and includes the model concepts comprising charting elements. Accordingly, the data is stored in a client database in accordance with the client domain specific customized concepts. Since the model concepts are mapped to the client domain specific customized concepts, the workflow recommendation can be prepopulated with data from the client database.

  • Patent number: 11895291
Abstract: A method and apparatus of encoding or decoding for a coding system, where bi-directional CU (coding unit) weighting (BCW) is enabled for the coding system to allow using multiple pairs of weights, are disclosed. According to this method, a Merge candidate list is generated for the current block, where current bi-directional CU weights for a bi-directional predictor of the current block associated with a target Merge candidate in the Merge candidate list are set to a pre-define pair of weights when the target Merge candidate corresponds to a selected Merge candidate. In another method, current bi-directional CU weights for a bi-directional predictor associated with a target Merge candidate in the Merge candidate list are inherited from the target Merge candidate when the target Merge candidate corresponds to a selected Merge candidate.
