Abstract: An illustrative example composite leaf spring includes first and second bushing tubes near longitudinal ends. A ribbon of base material is wrapped at least partially around the first and second bushing tubes. The base material has a width that defines a width of the leaf spring. First portions of the base material are near the longitudinal ends and a second portion is between the first portions. The second portion is thicker than the first portions. A plurality of layers of a ribbon of tension material are wrapped around the base material. The tension material defines an outermost layer of the leaf spring. The tension material has warp strands in a longitudinal direction between the first and second longitudinal ends of the leaf spring and weft strands transverse to the warp strands. The warp strands establish a majority of a composition of the tension material.
Abstract: A system and method for analyzing a service provider of a retirement plan and comparing the service provider against the service providers associated with a group of similar plans is disclosed. In one embodiment, a computer system for evaluating a service provider of a retirement plan comprises a computer server having a database comprising a plurality of data defining a plurality of characteristics of each of a plurality of retirement plans, software configured to identify a subset of the plurality of retirement plans having characteristics comparable to characteristics of the selected retirement plan in view of the type and characteristics of the service provider, software configured to permit the selection of at least one report providing the comparison of the service provider, and software configured to automatically generate and deliver the selected at least one report to a user for display on a user interface.

Abstract: A retail display hook for merchandise packaged with a hang tab aperture includes mounting bracket with a hang bar and an access bar cantilevered therefrom. The hang bar extends outwardly along a straight portion, through an upwardly peaked portion, and followed by an upwardly angled portion. An access flap pivotally engages a distal end of the access bar, and is located above and adjacent to the distal end of the hang bar. The access flap includes an arrester extension and a blocker extension. Rotation of the access flap between a display position and an access position controls removal of merchandise to one unit at a time, requiring cyclical operation to remove more than one unit.

Abstract: An expandable product pusher display for displaying products while urging the products to the front of the display as they are removed by consumers. Left and right end caps support plural tiers of product pusher assemblies, each including left and right product platforms with pushers having springs arranged to urge the products forwardly. Each tier includes a scissor mechanism expandably disposed between the left and right product platforms, and configured to adjust the distance therebetween while maintaining parallel alignment, so as to accommodate products of different width through adjustment of the scissor mechanisms.
