Abstract: Methods, apparatuses and systems are defined for the efficient identification and location of changes in an electronic file by defining and applying a set of overlapping unique areas within the file. A signature for each unique area or bubble is determined and compared to the signature of the same set of unique areas applied to a target file.
Abstract: A computer system and computer implemented method for determining a risk level of a candidate patient for developing Alzheimer's disease are provided. Laboratory test results from a laboratory are received at a computing device having one or more processors. The laboratory test results correspond to the candidate patient. Prescription date indicative of medications taken by the candidate patient are received at the computing device. Diagnosis data indicative of medical diagnoses associated with the candidate patient are received at the computing device. Age and gender associated with the candidate patient are received at the computing device. Features of the laboratory test results are preprocessed into categories. An Alzheimer's risk score associated with the candidate patient is generated by the computing device utilizing at least one machine learning model based on the prescription data, diagnosis data, age, gender and categorized features. The Alzheimer's risk score is output by the computing device.

Abstract: A self-closing door assembly for limiting access to goods displayed on a shelving system. A frame assembly is attached to the shelving system adjacent the front edge of a first shelf, with upper and lower guide rails to slidably engage a pair of overlapping and self-closing doors. The door are aligned to laterally slide open from a closed position at which they interfere with manual access to the goods displayed on the shelf. Springs disposed between the frame assembly and the doors urge the doors toward the closed position. The doors are adapted for manual engagement to be urged toward the open position, and the springs automatically return the doors to the closed position upon manual release thereof.

Abstract: An illustrative example composite leaf spring includes first and second bushing tubes near longitudinal ends. A ribbon of base material is wrapped at least partially around the first and second bushing tubes. The base material has a width that defines a width of the leaf spring. First portions of the base material are near the longitudinal ends and a second portion is between the first portions. The second portion is thicker than the first portions. A plurality of layers of a ribbon of tension material are wrapped around the base material. The tension material defines an outermost layer of the leaf spring. The tension material has warp strands in a longitudinal direction between the first and second longitudinal ends of the leaf spring and weft strands transverse to the warp strands. The warp strands establish a majority of a composition of the tension material.
