    Abstract: The present invention relates to a lithium recovery device and recovery method. The lithium recovery device of the present invention includes: a first electrode; a second electrode; and a power supply device. In the lithium recovery device of the present invention, since lithium is attached to an adsorbent of the first electrode by applying a current to the first and second electrodes in a state in which the first and second electrodes are immersed in a lithium-containing fluid, the first electrode including a carrier made of a stainless steel material in a form of an iron mesh or perforated sheet and having a surface coated with the adsorbent containing a manganese oxide, and the second electrode facing the first electrode, it is possible to increase a size of the device and have excellent energy efficiency and economic feasibility.

    Abstract: A time-temperature indicator (TTI) uses polymer hardening properties to “set” or retain indications of temperature history. The TTI includes a mesh layer affixed to a thermo-conductive adhesive layer and a photonic crystal patterned film affixed to the mesh layer. The photonic crystal shows a property of bandgap shift vs temperature and responds to a predetermined range of temperatures to provide a visible indication of the range of temperatures. A hardener pouch is affixed to one end of the mesh layer and releases hardener in response to an initiating event, so that the photonic crystal material responds to the hardener by presenting a fixed state.

A processor performs first registration between the medical image and the ultrasound image based on the anatomical feature in the ultrasound image and a medical image of the object acquired by imaging modality different from the ultrasound apparatus, obtains first registration information which provides a relationship between a coordinate system of the medical image and a coordinate system of the ultrasound image based on the first registration, performs second registration between the sensor and the medical image based on the position information and the first registration information, and obtains second registration information based on the second registration. A display may display a portion of the medical image corresponding to the ultrasound imaging position based on the second registration information. The medical image includes one of SPECT, PET, MR, PET-CT, and PET-MR image.

The plant derived plastic blend comprises 10 wt % or more and 90 wt % or less of a plant derived polyethylene and 10 wt % or more and 90 wt % or less of a plant derived polylactic acid to achieve a total of 100 wt %, and further contains 1 wt % or more and 20 wt % or less of a compatibilizing agent. The manufacturing method of the plant derived plastic blend is carried out in a cylinder by applying a shear flow field and a stretching field and melt-kneading raw material containing the plant derived polyethylene, the polylactic acid and the compatibilizing agent.

The inventive wrench (1) is easier to use than conventional spring-based wrenches as the force required to adjust the torque is minimal and independent of the torque value to which the wrench is adjusted. It is also capable of providing higher torque values.

The defect detection system for the extreme ultraviolet photolithographic mask uses the photon sieve to replace a Schwarzchild objective, thereby realizing lower cost, relatively small size and high resolution.

When the controller switches to a second mode, the control signal has a second frequency and a second duty cycle.
