Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-volute sirocco fan (multiblade fan). The present invention relates to a multi-volute sirocco fan configured to discharge fluid into several directions while using one motor and one fan. Abstract: Embodiment herein provide a method and system of reporting cluster specific CSI feedback by user equipment (UE) to a cloud system. The UE associates with the cloud using a biased association or an unbiased association. In a biased association, a ratio between the highest received power from a Macro BS and a Pico base station is determined by the UE and compared with a threshold (bias). If the ratio is greater than the bias, the UE associates with the Pico BS. The UE reports CSI for a set of dominant Macro BSs and Pico BSs within a cluster. The UE can report the IDs of the BSs which contribute to dominant interference caused by the BSs of neighboring clusters.

Abstract: Dispatch engines service endpoints by transmitting dispatch signals to the serviced endpoints that cause the endpoints to adjust their electric power consumption from the electric power grid in accord with a control signal received by the dispatch engine. A market interface dispatch engine receives its control signal from an electric power grid managing entity, and downstream dispatch engines form a hierarchy cascading downstream from the market interface dispatch engine with each downstream dispatch engine being an endpoint serviced by a dispatch engine located upstream in the hierarchy. The control signal received by each downstream dispatch engine comprises dispatch signals transmitted by the upstream dispatch engine. The endpoints further include electric power-consuming loads. A suitable load controller comprises separate power interface and logic elements operatively connected to define the load controller, with the logic element powered by low voltage DC power received from the power interface element.

A composite of the epoxy composition has improved bonding efficiency between alkoxysilyl group and filler and between alkoxysilyl groups, and has good heat resistance, low CTE, and high glass transition temperature or Tg-less. A cured product formed of the epoxy composition has good flame retardant property.

Abstract: A novel light-emitting device includes an organic thin-film structure that is merged with an organic light-emitting diode structure by utilizing a part of the electron accumulation layer in the organic thin-film transistor as a common electrode for each structure. The organic thin-film structure and the organic light-emitting diode structure each include an organic semiconductor that comprises a material in which hole mobility is greater in a bulk region of the material than electron mobility in the bulk region. The advantages of such a light-emitting device include less complex processing and a simpler pixel circuit structure in comparison to separately fabricating OTFT and OLED structures and subsequently interconnecting them to form a pixel. Furthermore, relative to a light-emitting transistor, some embodiments offer the advantage of a broader light emission area more suitable for use in display devices.
Abstract: Provided is an apparatus that measures a thickness of a coating by selecting a wavelength of a laser based on a color of the coating using a contactless method using a photoacoustic effect and an interferometer, the apparatus including a pulsed laser source to irradiate a pulsed laser beam toward the coating, a continuous wave (CW) laser source to irradiate a CW laser beam toward the coating, a detector to detect an optical interference signal corresponding to the CW laser beam, and a signal processor to process the optical interference signal to calculate a thickness of the coating.
