Abstract: A copolyester is formed by copolymerizing a depolymerized polyester and succinic acid. The depolymerized polyester includes depolymerized polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and the depolymerized PET is formed by depolymerizing PET with ethylene glycol. The repeating unit of PET and the succinic acid have a molar ratio of 40:60 to 50:50. The repeating unit of PET and the ethylene glycol have a molar ratio of 100:100 to 100:500. The copolyester has a storage modulus of 1*104 Pa to 1*106 Pa at 80° C. The copolyester can be used in a hot melt adhesive.

Abstract: A power supply system, a fuel cell power generation performance detection device and a control method thereof are provided. The fuel cell has a rated output voltage and an internal resistance having a preset resistance value. The detection device includes a test resistor, a first test switch, a current detection unit and a control unit. The control unit controls the first test switch and the current detection unit to send a first control signal to selectively turn on the first test switch. When the first test switch is turned on, the fuel cell, the test resistor, the first test switch and the current detection unit define a test loop. The current detection unit detects a test current passing through the test loop. The control unit obtains a real-time resistance value of the internal resistance based on the test current to evaluate the power generation performance of the fuel cell.

Abstract: Proposed is a ship cogeneration system using waste heat of an LNG engine ship recovered through an economizer. More particularly, proposed is a ship cogeneration system using waste heat of an LNG engine ship recovered through an economizer. The ship cogeneration system is configured to generate electric power by recovering waste heat generated from an LNG engine and providing high-temperature and high-pressure steam discharged from the economizer to an evaporator of an organic Rankine cycle. The ship cogeneration system is capable of removing soot generated on a contact surface between the exhaust gas of the LNG engine and the economizer by using some of the high-temperature and high-pressure steam.

Abstract: Provided is a composition for the prevention or treatment of Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria syndrome (HGPS) using gene editing, which contains sgRNA that hybridizes to mRNA encoding progerin, which causes HGPS, and a gene encoding Cas13 protein acting on the same. When introduced into the cell of a subject to be treated and only the mRNA encoding progerin is selectively cut. There is no need for co-prescribing with other therapies and fewer side effects occur than traditional farnesyltransferase inhibitors (FTIs). The efficiency is higher than when treated using homologous recombination (HR) at the DNA level, treatment using composition can be made reversibly, and the composition can be applied specifically compared to targeted treatment using RNAi (RNA interference), and has fewer side effects. Compared to treatment using CRISPR/Cas9, which directly acts on DNA and produces irreversible results, treatment using composition is reversible and selectively cut only mRNA encoding progerin, thereby ensuring safety.
