Abstract: Disclosed herein are a virtual content-mixing method for augmented reality and an apparatus for the same. The virtual content-mixing method includes generating lighting physical-modeling data based on actual lighting information for outputting virtual content, generating camera physical-modeling data by acquiring a plurality of parameters corresponding to a camera, and mixing the virtual content with an image that is input through an RGB camera, based on the lighting physical-modeling data and the camera physical-modeling data.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a fault diagnosis for a photovoltaic system. A fault diagnosis apparatus includes a temperature sensor unit measuring both an internal temperature value of the junction box and a surface temperature value of the solar module; a voltage sensor provided in the junction box; and an operation unit determining where a fault occurs among the solar module, an inside of the junction box, and the inverter by comparing measured values of the temperature sensor unit with a measured value of the voltage sensor. According to the present invention, initial investment cost is inexpensive. In addition, it is possible to detect solar module faults that are difficult to be checked by the naked eye.

Abstract: Data processing can be managed in a distributed computing environment (DCE). In one example, the DCE can receive a sequence of computing operations to be consecutively executed in the DCE. Abstract: A method utilizes easily obtained carbon as carbon source for sintering, followed by high energy ball milling process with planetary ball mill for high energy homogenous mixing of the carbon source, solvent and nano-level silicon dioxide powder, along with a high energy ball milling process repeatedly performed using different sized ball mill beads, so as to formulate a spray granulation slurry with the optimal viscosity, to complete the process of micronization of carbon source evenly encapsulated by silicon dioxide powders. The optimal ratio of C/SiO2 is 1-2.5 to produce a spherical silicon dioxide powder (40-50 ?m) evenly encapsulated by the carbon source. The powder is then subjected to a high temperature (1450?) sintering process under nitrogen gas. Lastly, the sintered silicon nitride powder is subjected to homogenizing carbon removal process in a rotational high temperature furnace to complete the fabricating process.

The method comprises: forming a diamond layer on a substrate; and depositing a ternary compound having a donor characteristic and graded components on an upper surface of the diamond layer to form a first donor layer, forming a graded heterojunction at an interface between the diamond layer and the first donor layer, forming two-dimensional electron gas at one side of the diamond layer adjacent to the graded heterojunction, and using the two-dimensional electron gas as the n-type conductive channel. The method enables a concentration and a mobility of carriers in the n-type diamond channel to reach 1013 cm?2 and 2000 cm2/V·s respectively.
