Abstract: An apparatus and method for data fusion between heterogeneous sensors are disclosed. The method for data fusion between the heterogeneous sensors may include identifying image data and point cloud data for a search area by each of a camera sensor and a LiDAR sensor that are calibrated using a marker board having a hole; recognizing a translation vector determined through calibrating of the camera sensor and the LiDAR sensor; and projecting the point cloud data of the LiDAR sensor onto the image data of the camera sensor using the recognized translation vector to fuse the identified image data and point cloud data.

Abstract: A method for performing an uplink transmission to a base station by a user equipment through an unlicensed cell in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes: receiving an uplink grant that schedules the uplink transmission in at least one subframe from the base station; and performing the uplink transmission in the at least one subframe using at least one of a first type channel access or a second type channel access. Abstract: A bone-regeneration material that contains calcium phosphate particles in a biodegradable fiber containing PLGA by using electrospinning. A PLGA resin is heated in a kneader to soften until the viscosity of the resin becomes 102 to 107 Pa·s. A powder of calcium phosphate fine particles is added and mixed with the softened PLGA resin, while the blade of the kneader rotates. The mixture is kneaded by applying thermal and mechanical energy to the mixture through the continuous rotation of the blade of the kneader in the heated state, and aggregations of the calcium phosphate fine particles are disintegrated to prepare a composite in which the calcium phosphate fine particles are dispersed in the PLGA resin. The composite is dissolved in a solvent to prepare a spinning solution. Electrospinning is performed on the spinning solution to manufacture biodegradable fibers having therein the calcium phosphate fine particles substantially uniformly dispersed.

Abstract: Provided are embodiments of creatine and creatine ethyl ester (CEE) salts where the anion is an artificial (non-saccharide) taste-modifier. These compounds represent stable white non-hygroscopic solids or semisolids that can readily dissolve in water and buffer solutions. Synthesis of novel creatine salts using environmentally safe solvents such as ethanol resulted in the formation of products in quantitative yields with sodium or potassium chloride as a byproduct. The creatine and creatine alkyl eater derivative salts are stable sweet-tasting compounds that are more palatable to a consumer than creatine or derivatives thereof.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a tobacco leaf foliar spraying substance for reducing harmful ingredients in cheroot, a method for reducing carcinogenic components in flue-cured tobacco leaves and flue-cured tobacco shreds. The tobacco leaf foliar spraying substance contains a lotus leaf extract, the harmful chemical ingredients comprise N-nitrosonornicotine, 4-(N-methyl-nitrosamine)-1-(3-pyridinyl)-1-butanone, N-nitrosoanabasine and N-nitrosoanatabine. Foliar spraying is performed on a fertile field by using the lotus leaf extract before tobacco leaves are harvested and modulated, which not only significantly promotesagronomic characters and economic traits of tobacco and alleviates tobacco leaf browning but also effectively reduces harmful chemical ingredients unique to tobacco leaves, such as nitrosamine and nicotine.

The method of preparation includes mixing dried PDLA and PLLA in a specific PLLA/PDLA ratio of between 95/5 and 99/1; producing continuous fibers or nonwovens in a extrusion and spinning device, and producing woven fabrics or nonwovens with the continuous fibers; heat treating the woven fabrics or nonwovens; washing the heat treated woven fabrics or nonwovens with a solvent; removing the solvent and drying the woven fabrics or nonwovens; and pressing the dried woven fabrics or nonwovens for making the membrane.
