    Abstract: An encryption apparatus and method that provide a mobile fast block cipher algorithm that supports low-power encryption. The encryption apparatus includes a user interface unit, a key scheduler unit, an initial conversion unit, a round function processing unit, and a final conversion unit. The user interface unit receives plain text to be encrypted and a master key. The key scheduler unit generates a round key from the master key. The initial conversion unit generates initial round function values from the plain text. The round function processing unit repeatedly processes a round function using the round key and the initial round function values. The final conversion unit generates ciphertext from the resulting values of the round function processed in a final round by the round function processing unit.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device stacked structure is disclosed, which includes multiple semiconductor devices and at least one reinforcing structure. The semiconductor devices are stacked on one another. At least one semiconductor device has at least one through silicon via. Each reinforcing structure surrounds a corresponding one of the at least one through silicon via and is electrically insulated from the semiconductor devices. The at least one reinforcing structure includes multiple reinforcing elements and at least one connecting element. Each reinforcing element is disposed between the semiconductor devices. Vertical projections of the reinforcing elements on a plane define a close region, and a projection of the at least one through silicon via on the plane is located within the close region. The connecting element is located in an overlapping region of the vertical projections of the reinforcing elements on the plane, for connecting the reinforcing elements to form the reinforcing structure.

The method for decolorization of reactive anthraquinone dye-containing wastewater using photocatalytic oxidation, includes: introducing a photocatalyst and salt into reactive anthraquinone dye-containing wastewater and adjusting pH of the wastewater to a level higher than neutral pH; and irradiating UV to the photocatalyst to carry out cleavage of the reactive anthraquinone dyes through photocatalytic oxidation, thereby accomplishing decolorization of wastewater.

    Abstract: A sweep membrane separator includes a membrane that is selectively permeable to a selected gas, the membrane including a retentate side and a permeate side. A mixed gas stream including the selected gas enters the sweep membrane separator and contacts the retentate side of the membrane. At least part of the selected gas separates from the mixed gas stream and passes through the membrane to the permeate side of the membrane. The mixed gas stream, minus the separated gas, exits the sweep membrane separator. A sweep gas at high pressure enters the sweep membrane separator and sweeps the selected gas from the permeate side of the membrane. A mixture of the sweep gas and the selected gas exits the sweep membrane separator at high pressure. The sweep membrane separator thereby separates the selected gas from the gas mixture and pressurizes the selected gas.
