    Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for sharing a frequency in an environment where an incumbent system exists. In a frequency environment where the incumbent system exists, a frequency resource management may be smoothly performed using a plurality of frequency sets classified based on a utilization state of each sub-frequency resource. When a frequency sharing system using the same radio access technology (RAT) as a frequency sharing system to be assigned with a frequency resource exists, it is possible to reduce overhead for frequency sharing by priorly assigning a corresponding frequency resource to to the frequency sharing system to be assigned with the frequency resource.

    Abstract: A P2P network has a content provider and a plurality of peers viewing the same video streaming channel. Each peer has a P2P live streaming system. In an exemplary system, a token manager module manages at least a token sent by the plurality of peer nodes, notifies a recording manager module to publish recorded media stream content, and to record media stream data. The recording manager module, according to the notification, manages a corresponding buffer for each peer node itself, records the media stream content into the corresponding buffer and publishes the recorded media stream content information to the P2P network. A P2P module handles the P2P messages and maintains the P2P network topology for the plurality of peer nodes.

    Abstract: A combustion gas piston type movable guiding tube netting device includes a capture net (8), a traction head (6), a guiding tube (7), an igniter (3), a main gunpowder (5), a combustion gas generator (1) and a piston (2). The piston and the main gunpowder are placed in the combustion gas generator. The top of the piston contacts a triangular lug on the base of the guiding tube. The traction head is placed in the guiding tube, and another end of the traction head is tied on one corner of the capture net. When operating, the main gunpowder is ignited by the igniter, the resulting combustion gas pushes the piston to move, the piston pushes the guiding tube to move, and the combustion gas comes into the guiding tube and pushes the traction head to burst out the guiding tube, and the traction head drives the capture net to open. The combustion gas piston type movable guiding tube netting device has a quick expansion speed, and the area of the expansive capture net is big.

    Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and a method for river water purification using a treatment soil layer and a permeable filtering medium layer. The river water purification apparatus includes a treatment soil layer and a permeable filtering medium layer which are sequentially and alternately stacked. The treatment soil layer includes a plurality of unit soil layers which are arranged at intervals. A reservoir part which stores a predetermined amount of river water and supplies the river water to an inside of the unit soil layer is provided in an upper end part of the unit soil layer. The permeable filtering medium layer has a higher hydraulic conductivity than that of the treatment soil layer. The river water purification apparatus increases a treatment flux of river water regardless of a coefficient of water permeability of soil and effectively removes nitrogen, phosphorus and nutrient salts by stably forming an anaerobic condition.
