    Abstract: Provided is a transparent graphene film which is prepared by maintaining the primary reduced state of a graphene oxide thin film via chemical reduction, reducing the graphene oxide thin film with chemical vapor deposition, and doping nitrogen, thereby enhancing the conductivity and enabling the control of work function and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present disclosure, a flexible, transparent, electrical conductivity-enhanced, and work function controllable graphene film can be large area processed and produced in large quantities so that can be applied in real industrial processes by forming a graphene oxide thin film on a substrate, performing the primary chemical reduction using a reducing agent, and performing further the secondary thermal reduction and nitrogen doping by injecting hydrogen and ammonia gas through chemical vapor deposition equipment.

The data processing method includes: receiving a base station signal from a base station; receiving a relay station signal from a relay station; determining a propagation delay between the base station signal and the relay station signal; generating an equalizing signal in which interference generated between the base station signal and the relay station signal is alleviated in consideration of the propagation delay; and recovering information bits transmitted by the base station from the equalizing signal. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to alleviate performance deterioration due to an interference problem generated in a relay system.

When the composite vaccine adjuvant and vaccine used in combination, the humoral immunity response is enhanced effectively, the enhanced effects is similar with aluminum adjuvant, superior to single sodium ferulate adjuvant and single zinc hydroxide adjuvant. It is not only atoxic, safety, but also reliable in the range of immune dose. The composite vaccine adjuvant with easily obtained and commercially available raw materials, is low cost, stable performance and simple preparation technology, which can be used as an adjuvant of hepatitis B vaccine, gene-engineered vaccine, virus vaccine and so on.

The pressure sensing device responds a feedback signal according to a relative displacement between the forced portion and the base after receiving a press of a user. The detection device outputs a forced signal according to the feedback signal.
